Did you think the judge would say you're so sweet we'll overlook that whole 'scope' thing? Today he asks to publish a photo and just holds it up for the jury to glance at. lol

This LE witness is saying the body was not posed in a sexual way. Where the heck did I read/hear that she had been posed as if the death was a result of a sexual attack. To throw police off of the real killer's trial.

I can't remember reading that, but I believe you. I think he posed her naked as to imply a sexual assault, but the experts knew better?

Thank you chiquita! I know I hear it from someone close to this case or read it from some news article. That the body was nude and posed in a suggestive way.

Maybe it was what the mom or close friend of the victim had said? I too think hubby stripped her after strangling her to throw LE off.

I would imagine the defendant never thought the body would be found. So there is a bottle of empty pills in the home implying suicide. Nine days should still give a reading on prescription drugs shouldn't it? Then that means that David staged the scene.

What I thought husband was trying to imply was Nicole eats some pills, goes out, ends of partying with who knows what unsavory characters and ends up beaten and dead.

Yeah I think that LE guy was CSI.
