His Dad's name is Martin also, so I guess they used his middle name to differentiate between them.

What was on the back of the car seat - mud? She asked about the position of the driver's seat, bet he pulled it all the way back when he took the car to the place the cops found it, too far back for her to drive it that way.

The driver 's seat being pushed back to accommodate a much larger person than Nicole. Like her much larger husband? So she wouldn't be the last person to use her car if her husband's prints were the only ones on the wheel. So why would husband drive Nicole's car and ditch it?
