They're a pretty close fit, mainly so it won't move around while you sleep, mine couldn't fall of my mouth, I had to pull it down and out to remove so I can see hers remaining in place throughout what he did to her.

I also thought the PT said they only had two witnesses this afternoon and she wasn't showing a video because she had to lay a foundation first, but it looks like she laid the foundation with the Safeway lady, so maybe the Draino purchase video after the break? I'm fairly confused at what he needed Draino for - anyone have any clues?

Must be something like that, at first it was said the Safeway video was for timeline purposes but the questions about the Draino make it sound like it's directly connected, not just his trip to buy it. Guess we'll have to wait and see how it ties in to their theory.

About the night guard, yeah, you wouldn't put it on if you were planning on doing anything else that evening, not even taking her pills as that would be difficult with it in place. BTW, I've never seen such large pill bottles!

The State just showed a huge pill container like Goliath would have for his antacids.

Wonder if all those pills went down the drain and plugged it up?

I know, I've never seen such a large pill bottle. But it looks like the untaken pills are all still in that bottle, didn't really notice on the others (yesterday I thought there were two but today we have three). Since we have the Drano (have I been misspelling it all along? lol) I wonder if we'll see a plunger?

From what I recall, after she was reported missing DP told someone he checked and the bottle that had the codeine pills had some missing, I think maybe that was the impression he was trying to give, that she took them to do herself harm.

What is the deal with the name tag? They spent a lot of time on that, showing it in place at Safeway and not on his shirt the next morning - was it found somewhere? I don't get its significance.

That guy is something else, huh? Early on he tried to ask a question of a witness and the prosecution objected that it was beyond the scope, and he looked right at the judge and says 'I know it's beyond the scope but.....' I almost fell off my chair. He'll learn, but he'll take his lumps along the way. lol
