The hairdresser of the grandma told the foster parents about Oakley needing a home. They always try to find family first in WA. Go to YouTube and watch 10 to life. She just did a video on this caseQuestion. In my neck of the woods, CPS tries to place a child with a fit family member within a few days of removal, generally the grandparents. Does WA not do that? Or are the grandparents elderly?
