Is it me or does anyone else think LE is WAY yoo quiet? Don't get me wrong, I realize they're not going to bounce out and do press conferences for our benefit, but the totally silence is kinda scary.

I think they found plenty of evidence, but as we just found out that County is SMALL. Add across State lines/multiple agencies to the mix. My guess is they are waiting on the Feds for help. Not unusual though, we have seen that in many cases. Look what happened in Kelly Catalano's case ...

I saw they are holding the Asotin County Fair right now? Is that something that requires extra LE?

I wouldnt so much as say it "requires" extra, but the cops are thick " as thick as a homemade milkshake" is what a friend discribes it as.

C..I honestly can't remember not sleuthing ppl with a def connection to the victim..Especially a spouse or an X who we all know are the first ones LE looks at as the possible perp..When it comes to sleuthing 'minors' most know that's a def 'no-no' with no exceptions.

I'm truly stumped by your complaint & seriously feel like I'm missing something :waitasec:

Is there any indication that another woman exists or did exist in the recent past?

Disturbed women can do this type of thing (stalking/harassment) also, and make you think it's a/the man.

JMO = Profile of stalker--if male:

Very macho in his perception of himself. Top Dog.
Very childlike in relationships/intimacy--likes the mamma'ing type.
Smart mouth, and condescending when angry, but normally has a persona of a rather quite/calm nature. Likes to joke-around.
Does NOT like confrontation.

***CC had one time lived or worked in Viola, just a little north of Moscow. Possible RA could be there?

1. The final straw was him choking her, it was an abusive relationship.

2. I believe almost 2 years.

3. Not that any of us (locals) are aware of.

4. Rachael ACTUALLY thought it was a woman from church, just based on things that were said in the harrassing phone calls and the "voice" sounded like a woman. BUT last week CC admitted to being the stalker/harasser.

Yes, I think they can still oa-oh when they know they've done something "wrong". I would imagine you have him pretty well trained to your tune by now and can grab him by the tail when he starts to growl.

I think the one above that I mentioned probably gets his ego and immaturity flared at the same time. Ego will nail ya every time...and the immaturity allows it.

I know I was very much like RA in trying to handle my own battles and be strong, but learned sometimes you need a stronger hold on your own mouth and use your noodle. Go beat on pillow if you really need to "get it out".

Hi 1forevry1 - Let's hope there is justice for Rachael and she is found today.

CC choked Rachael - isn't this attempted murder? How about battery?
Calling at night to tell Rachael what lights were on
Placing men's cologne on the porch
Slashing car tires
Knocking out windows in the car
Calling night and day with different voices and numbers
music in the background

Seems to me this person was going through a great deal of trouble to terrorize Rachael - psychological terror is serious and I'm wondering with a harassment charge, why CC wasn't slapped with a restraining order or put behind bars.

CC also drinks and probably becomes meaner with more alcohol. Seems that a man with traits such as this could have Rachael trapped somewhere while he continues to terrorize her. I am at a loss as to why he continues to walk around a free man.

Also, the report yesterday that Rachael's car was found - I'm sure the reporting was wrong and the loaner car was found. Wonder if we should edit our posts to reflect that?

April 19th (Monday) - Daughters reported Rachael missing

April 26th (Monday) - Rachael has now been missing 10 days

I am new here and hope I post this right....if not sorry in advance...So I have been watching this thread for the last few days, but had some trouble getting on due to having hotmail for my e-mail. I am local...and have some info...I think anyway. (sorry in advance for any miss spellings, the spell check isn't working and that is not my strong suit)

You guys are correct of course in the business that was seached. LE was there for many hours on Thursday. It is an auto repair shop. It is not yet a auto repair shop and car wash. That was a plan in motion and the reason for the inverstors that were there but now are gone. The plan fell through (i believe...don't have tons of details here) due to some problems with planning and zoning and possibly some problems with the investors themselves. As far as I know the person that owns the business has for a long time and has also been in Moscow for awhile. As of Thursday evening all of the vehicels that are normaly parked in front of that business were gone (customer vehicles) and as of Friday evening it seemed that at least some..if not all had returned.

The owner of that business and Rachael (altough I do not know how long they have known eachother) have not been seeing eachother...or married for two years. As far as I do know they were only married for a few months.

You guys are also correct in the fact that this is a VERY ruel area. Local LE do not deal with this kind of thing....well ever. Also this area still has a VERY "good ole boy" approch when it comes to things like DV. The other HUGE problem is that in this area if you drive an hour in ANY direction you are in the middle of nowhere...mountians ect.

I am wondering where you guys found the info about the phone ping...I can't seem to find it and would love to help sort out places and such if I can.I also am currious about the storage place....there are a couple of storage places with airport in the name and I was just curious if the one mentioned is for sure the one where she had a rental.

I guess that is it for now I will add anything else I think of later on....

Clarkston Police say they tracked her cell phone to an area in Lewiston. Her family says that area is an open field investigators spent most of the day and night Monday searching but didn't find anything.

I don't believe any EXACT location was given by the media or LE, just by sleuthers and locals here. But I could be wrong.
