Does anyone have any more information on CAC's criminal record history? I know there was an assault listed on there. Is it linked to DV? What other of his criminal history throws up a red flag?

It now makes sense why they called off the organized searches for her cell phone. The LE stated, "We understand the public desire, particularly with family and friends, that they want to know the details," said Hally. "But in order for us to do an investigation and protect the integrity of the investigation, that's something that we have to protect. We can't just give information out. We don't know exactly who may have been involved at this point. We have our ideas, but we have to really protect the integrity."

Does anyone have any more information on CAC's criminal record history? I know there was an assault listed on there. Is it linked to DV? What other of his criminal history throws up a red flag?

Others initially said they found the criminal history in the state of AZ but when i looked into along with another poster we didn't find it. The only thing i came up with in AZ was a marriage to F in 1983, and their divorce in 1986 and 2 traffic offenses in 1992.

JEEZ! Makes me wonder if anything like this has happened before with him.

Someone asked on the FB page if maybe he could have gotten into her house to put up a camera, and that was how he was spying on her telling her he knew what she was doing when she was doing it. Makes sense and IS probably possible.
I just can't believe how much ISN'T being said at all!

What I find fishy is the timing of the petition for divorce and the beginning of the harassment/stalking. Could be completely coincidental, just saying ...

Another person said they were only together for a few months and had been living apart for over two years. Does anyone know why Rachael finally filed in January?

From what I know he tried to choke her and she had finally had the last of it .... that is the only thing I know about that. But I don't think it was the 1st time, although I think she was hoping it would be the LAST time.

Clarkston Police Chief Joel Hastings said the vehicle Rachael Anderson was reportedly driving has been recovered in Lewiston, Idaho. He said her cellular telephone was inside the vehicle. Last week, a building in Moscow, Idaho, was searched for additional clues.

Hastings said that because of the many jurisdictions involved, an eight-person task force is working on the case. “They are making this case their primary duty right now,” he said. “It’s a suspicious missing persons report.” He confirmed that Rachael Anderson had reported incidents of harassment about two months ago.

It went from 3 detectives, to a 6 man task force, to now an 8 man task force. I'd be willing to bet CC's butt is sweating big time just about now.
I think they are just sitting back and watching him at this point--very closely and doing some "research" on ALL his past activities. Since he admitted to the harassment, they could have charged him for that---I would have thought....so they are just holding off on that to be able to just keep an eye on him...for now. Wouldn't doubt one bit if they didn't have a tracker on his vehicle.

Does anyone know if he has children? I found his DOB, but only July, 1961.

From what I know CC was a church guy, the "woman" that kept harassing Rachael in phone calls was saying stuff like "Divorce isn't IN God's eyes" "you will pay for this because God doesn't believe in divorce"

So the statement you posted sounds alot like that does it not??

I also agree with the next statement up, I think he is sweating his ba*^s off, and I hope to HELL that the LE isn't just sitting back and it's already too late for Rachael. It breaks my heart either way, if she is alive and completely suffering having to wait the storm out, or if she is dead somewhere and not given proper respect as a beautiful wonderful mother, daughter, sister, grandmother. friend that she IS .....

She is a beautiful woman 141...I'm sure inside as well. She looks Native American. Do you know any of her family from SD?

Yes, she is beautiful inside and out. Not sure about the Native American but possibly. I don't know any of her family in SD personally.

I agree she needs to be found and that this Sxxxs.! I do believe she was meeting a detective daily with and for the harassment she was encountering. I don't know the details that they shared, but that in itself bothers me. If she went missing on Friday does/did she not check in with the detective on the weekends? Why wasn't he flagged if so? Not that we don't know that he wasn't.. I know there are places to go there for DV and/or abuse. I think she thought for as loud as she WAS screaming for help that she was doing the best she could. What bothers me is her missing journal. Is it really missing or do the LE have it too?

I know they know more then they are releasing but we HAVE GOT TO FIND RACHAEL!

From what i understand...they didn't even know eachother for two years....and I know for sure they were not married that long.....they maybe got married last summer/fall....from what I know they were looking for a place to live together right before school started last year (09)....but I don't know whatever came of that.

And to answer your question yes he does have at least one child....I know of one daughter...I think she is with him quite a bit....and I believe she is teenage ish....no exact details though...

Does anyone suspect that the body could possibly be found in the storag shed? I know it was in Rachael's name, but if someone (CC!) had her keys, they would have access to open the storage shed, right? Some criminals have done more stupid things. I want a POI named! I want to know where CC was on Friday night and trace his actions over the entire weekend.

If you were CC, where would you hide a body?

There is really no reason to hide a body in a storage shed in our area IMO. It wouldn't take much of a drive in any direction to be in the middle of no where........and from what i have heard he knows the area well.
