Unknown suspect, unknown hair and eyes, and in an unknown vehicle.

That doesn't sound good. Why is the person already a suspect?

It sounds like she's with someone no one close to her knows and that gives me a bad feeling.

looking in the comments you can find a sisters comment from 10th June, that Rachel has been confirmed seen but not recovered.

Despite this i can not find anything on Rachel.
