WA - Reoffenders while at Mcneil Island continue to reoffend

The question was posed upthread as to how these guys get the child . I really wondered too. I just found out. Looks like all it takes is one nasty guy on the outside. And guess where the fellows are sent when they are charged with new child charges? Yep. Back to the island. I don't think this could be called "running a tight ship:

Reading back over these articles, I noticed that he even had access to e-mail (and of course continued his shenanigans) when he was sent back to prison and I've NEVER heard of prison inmates having access to the internet. Why why why do they continue to enable this arrogant SOB??
