Scott Smith left his home in his green 1997 Ford Ranger pickup truck. Smith may be in the Chelatchie mountain area around Cougar. Smith is a white man weighing about 200 lbs., with short gray hair and brown eyes. When he disappeared, he was wearing a blue jacket, a gray long-sleeve dress shirt, blue jeans and athletic shoes.
