Cole pleaded guilty to international parental kidnapping during a separate proceeding in federal court in Spokane Wednesday.

She is awaiting sentencing too, or was that determined at the time of her guilty plea?

I'm guessing the grandfather fell on his sword for her. She was a piece of work, and not in a good way.

"The Aungs were convicted during a stipulated facts bench trial. Online federal court documents show that all parties presented the judge with an agreed to document detailing stipulated facts and elements. The judge then convicted the Aungs on felony international parental kidnapping and conspiracy to commit international parental kidnapping. The Aungs have been in federal custody. Cole pleaded guilty to international parental kidnapping during a separate proceeding in federal court in Spokane Wednesday. All three are set to be sentenced in March."


I don't see the word FELONY in what Nadia pled to.... Is she in law school yet??? My guess is she isn't going to serve any time. Is she even in custody? I'm going to assume no. Pretty awful considering Nadia was there for the whole thing, she did nothing for weeks.

Last sentence here is that all three will be sentenced in March. No idea how long they're all facing inside but I highly doubt NC will be serving time. I'd be floored if she is. She can just feign ignorance despite the fact it's so odd she bailed on a planned trip to Europe to do this.

I remember the SISTER of Aaron made a whole website dedicated to this. It was so gross and everyone called her out on it. She's since deleted everything.
