Joe is a very unusual person, we have heard him tell the most bizarre stories today of his life growing up and how he came to meet Michelle, he got up to the point where he and Michelle were living together and deciding to buy a gun because they did not feel safe in there apartment.

Having watched Joe testify I think he has mental health problems, I think he is aware that he was co-erced into committing these heinous crimes on false information, and he now realises what an idiot he was, I believe that he is remorseful and knows that nothing he does can make things better,

I think his emotions when testifying about the actual crimes are genuine, he can barely bring himself to recall the horrendous things he has done, I hope the jury give him LWOP, he was damaged before the crimes and is even more damaged by what he has done,

I do think though that he doth protest too much, I think he went up to the house with Michelle to carry out the murders and not just to protect her because she was in danger from her family, I also think he did the clean up with her and got rid of loads of evidence to protect himself and to try not to get caught,

I think he did it all because Michelle was his life and he did believe that her family had abused her, and he did think she was genuinely in some kind of danger, they fed each others paranoia it was them against the world, and she was able to manipulate him into going along with her plan to get rid of her family, a plan according to her ex boyfriend was formed way before she met Joe,

Once they had gone to the house to murder her family Joe seems to have decided that he would ensure they were all dead, after Michelle fired at her father he then ensured that her father and mother were both finished off, whilst Michelle was running round not knowing what to do he moved the bodies (having to keep asking Michelle to help) and he then cleaned up the house enough so that when Scott, Erica, Nathan and Oliver arrived they would be able to get them into the house without too much suspicion,

Michelle seemed more interested in the deaths of Scott and Erica, and she shot them first, Joe again made sure he could finish them all off by asking Michelle where the other gun was as he obviously needed it to kill the remaining family, she told him it was in her fathers bedroom but when he looked it was her fathers gun and he knew that it would not be sufficient to kill them all so again asked her where there other gun was, he got it out of the kitchen cupboard and finished killing them all, it was he who took the phone off Erica and took out the battery as she tried to call 911,

The courage of Erica was incredible, as Joe and Michelle were shooting and attacking her husband she fled across the room to try to get help and was able to call 911 before Joe took phone off her, she put her arms out wide trying to shield her two children, and tried to talk to them in the faint hope she could persuade them not to kill her and her children,

I think Joe will always be amazed at how he was persuaded to murder a whole family, I wonder if he realises how dangerous he is, as it was he who killed most of the family, and he who did most of the clean up to try to get away with it, they also went back to the house at least two more times before the bodies were found to retrieve more evidence to get rid of,

Trial is supposed to be continuing this week, so far I haven't seen any new information about testimony this week, Joe is supposed to be on cross this week

trial has been back live streaming again today, Amber is testifying for defence, she was Joes online friend for years, they met once, she has expressed she does not like Michelle, and felt that once Joe moved to live with Michelle he lost contact with the few friends he did have, and Amber blames Michelle for isolating Joe from his friends, she is a colourful character,

Joe on cross is accused of faking his twitch, changing his appearance and voice to not look as he did when he committed the murders, it is obvious his appearance and voice have changed, seven years in jail will have changed him immeasurably, he admits to working on changing his voice, I think he hated himself pre the murders and does so even more so now, so his changes may be the result of him wanting to be different to the person who killed 6 people

I think he has mental health issues, I think he would never have killed anybody but for Michelle or somebody similar manipulating him into doing so, the ease with which he bought into her lies and the ease with which he murdered 6 people, 2 of them small children who he was able to shoot in cold blood makes him a very dangerous individual,

Joe should be back on cross today, he is not a very good witness when under pressure and goes off on tangents not related to the questions, he also seems to think he can get the better of the prosecutor, I think he has done what he wanted to do and explained what he felt needed explaining now he just wants to go back to jail either with DP or LWOP,
