[Prosecutor] O’Toole said that prosecutors and the defense team will use the questionnaires to select 200 people to return for jury selection on Jan. 11. Opening statements are scheduled for Jan. 19, exactly one year and one day after opening statements were given in McEnroe’s trial, O’Toole said.

During his trial, which stretched from January until May, McEnroe confessed to the killings in rural Carnation. He claimed Anderson had turned him into an “attack dog” and brainwashed him into participating under the guise that her family abused her and owed her money.

McEnroe told jurors Anderson shot her brother while he shot the others.

This trial is going to be very interesting, Mcenroe has been convicted,, he also testified to the fact that he killed everybody in the house and Michelle only shot at her father and then shot her brother, even though their would have been no murders without her I think she will argue it was all down to Mcenroe, she may also try some kind of mental health/insanity defence,

I wonder if the state will call Mcenroe
