Wow. MA is a real piece of work. Where the heck would she get the money for a private attorney??

Yes indeed she is. She has no money...she killed six members of her family because of money. She wouldn't talk to her attorneys, so they had no opening statement...I bet the have no closing as well. She confessed, but plead not guilty...lock her away.

Anderson’s attorneys initially told King County Superior Court Judge Jeffrey Ramsdell that she wanted to testify after the prosecution rested on Tuesday morning. But the defense, noting that Anderson has refused to speak with them for several years, said they had no idea what she planned to say once on the stand.

Ramsdell said Anderson had the right to testify, but that the issues she has with her attorneys are irrelevant.

“I have a lot of sympathy for the predicament you find yourselves in,” Ramsdell told Sorenson and fellow defense attorney Colleen O’Connor, whose motions to withdraw from the case have been repeatedly denied by the judge. Still, Ramsdell said, this predicament is a result of Anderson’s “volitional choices.”

Did you get to see the MA testify, won't testify fiasco?

Damn no.... apparently I jinxed it. When I got ther eit was closed and i decided to come back to work (jury instructions bore me to death). ARGHHHH

Is she totally off her rocker?? Did she really think the judge would just let her stroll out of jail and go downtown to pick out an attorney and investigator? And what was she going to use to hire those two, her good looks?? She has no money. Her spoiled brat behavior continues and I truly think she still has absolutely no remorse for what she's done or is she is unable to accept the fact that the time has come to pay the consequences for her hideous, evil actions. JMO

McEnroe and Anderson had been together for six years. KING 5 has learned that before they lived near Anderson's parents, the couple lived at a Fall City mobile home park, where the owner described Michele Anderson as unstable but docile. He said she cried a lot, but neither she nor her boyfriend seemed violent.
KING 5 tracked state business records that link Michele Anderson to a business called "Pure Evil Customs." It is unknown what kind of business she had been running.
Family members say she was recently removed from the will, worshiped the devil and talked about killing her father.

I'm just catching up on the latest videos from the trial now, so I've only seen the edited news clips of Michele Anderson's rant at the end of trial. However, those clips, combined with what's come out during the trial are a pretty good insight into this woman's world view. She seems to feel that the World, people in general, and her family in particular, all owe her in some way, that she's entitled to whatever she demands, be it money or a new attorney, or to be let out of jail. I suspect, as several people here have mentioned already, that this lady has a serious personality disorder, and that she cannot and will not accept that the world doesn't work the way she expects it to. I don't think she's crazy however, I think she's selfish and has some serious issues with anti-social personality and fantastical thinking, but I don't think she's bats-in-a-box crazy. Unfortunately, the fact that her lawyers weren't able to put up a robust defense due to her non co-operation, will probably be used as grounds for an appeal and maybe even a retrial, all she needs is a lawyer who knows how to play the system.
