I have given this much thought and I still am not totally against it as a possibility.. Another reason I'm leaning away from his dying in the apt in an accident when Julia had left he and MM alone for an extended period of time, and that is that I have to agree with ChrisTexas reply to my regarding the HRD dogs and that's they literally have had to have used the HRD/cadaver dogs by this point in this case(specifically using cadaver dogs on Apt/car).. I mean with FBI involved how could they not have used the cadaver dogs?!? It's hard to fathom such an obvious error couldn't possibly be.. Therefor going on that thought/opinion I wonder then does it mean truly there were no alerts in the apt/car?? If that does turn out to be a fact(no alerts in home/car) then that too is what has me leaning away from Sky having died in the home(accidental or intentional)..

But I'm seriously starting to wonder if this omission of the searching done with cadaver dogs may just be another tactical choice of their plan with handling Julia.. How many of you all believe this is likely?? As in tho there is zero documentation or reporting of their using cadaver dogs on home/car(only scent dogs used).. Could it be that LE truly has not only searched both these area but that The dogs actually alerted on ATLEAST one of those places??. And LE has strategically chosen to with hold this detail from Julia and then therefor from the public as well?? What do most of y'all believe to be the case here regarding the cadaver dogs and their alerting or not on the apt/car?

They actually have something they can use in these pix if she did change her clothes. That is, where are the old clothes? If they get a search warrant and don't find them, this could be something that could sink her.


Personally if Sky is not alive I believe she buried him in the ground. I think her OCD would contribute to her wanting him to buried "the right way."


Poor kid.

If she buried him, how would she obtain a shovel? What would she do with the shovel when she was done with it considering how she is about dirt? Certainly not put it in her/her brothers vehicle. I'm having a hard time coming up with possibilities on how she might have gone about a burial, but more so the how,with her compulsions about cleanliness.

What? Are there pictures or video of JB on Sunday, the day she said he was kidnapped? I haven't seen any but I do not get the local news.

I thought the same thing. I thought one of the photo's released was going to be from Sunday, but now I think these were in the days leading to Sky's disappearance and more reflective of how she appeared on Sunday. (But not actually from Sunday)

Those are two poignant photo's. Number 1 and 2 in order of importance. I have never given up hope Sky was with an acquaintance of Julia's somewhere.Those two pictures ...I am devastated. I just have a feeling LE feels those are this last glimpses of Sky. Oh,please let me be wrong. MOO

I think I may call it a night. The sun burn does worry me i hope and pray not scalding water....what was going on?

I feel so sorry for her in that picture. Don't jump on me, please. Compassion is one of my greatest assets. I can't help it. She is a mother's child too, remember. This picture is a far cry from the other pictures we have seen thus far. It makes me so sad. It appears quite a decline in mental health when compared to her life before... and I don't like what I see...especially in terms of whatever effect this has had on the children. Please don't vilify me for saying so.

So, the tv show she is thought to have watched and then copy catted, when did it air? Did she see it and then become obsessed by it and copy it on that Sunday OR did she simply borrow the plot as a coverup for an already done deed?

Little Tyler was another recent one where I didn't think the mom had anything to do with it at first, I sadly was proven wrong

I do think they used Cadaver dogs. IF they got a hit in the car I don't think they would have released the car. Do we know if the apt. was released yet? He said he would not release info on anything that was found in the house. Could there have been a hit? Yes. Would they keep it from us? Yes if they thought it could hinder the investigation. The dog's they used are volunteer and most are cross trained. I sent the info to Oriah hopefully we can get a better idea what kind of dog's these are.

It really makes me wonder why they checked the bus stop in that area. How hard would it have been to hop on the bus with your child in a stroller with a blanket covering the baby? Or take a walk down the street..Something could have been done to him somewhere else also. She could have just drove somewhere, took the bus with a alive Sky then did something to him.

The statement has been made 2 times now they believe that Sky is still in Washington. First time they said they have no reason or evidence he is anywhere but in the area of where he went missing and her apartment. Today they said "in our backyard"

It's a scenic photo with a mountain in the background iirc. She still has the photo on the site. She posted the same photo for the 3rd time (according to members who looked at all of her photo's.) on the 17th along with about 70+ other photo's. She only removed the photo uploaded on the 17th. The same picture exists somewhere else in two other places iirc.

If I am incorrect, someone please correct the details for accuracy. tia!

BINGO!!! Miztery!! I think you may just have nailed it on the head about the differences of Julia's photos.. You have the photos from the bank(bun, extremely dark roots).. As well as photo from store with Ross bag.. All of those photos PRE hair being colored..

Then you have the lone pic of her at a counter wearing same grey sweats but hair has definitely had their dark roots touched up and blonded.. IMO this pic from Sunday the 6th from Chevron..

And this makes me believe now more than ever that the importance of their showing those specific bank and Ross bag in hand store picture is that these were infact from the day she disappeared Sky.. And you know and they know that Julia definitely knows and realizes the exact intention of these particular photos!!

I am not totally out of the loop, tho seems a few hours is just enough to be behind this fast-moving discussion. In terms of the recent pics of boy eating watermelon -WOW. imo, what a difference in how he looks! Why did not LE release more recent pics from the get-go. And for that matter, of Mom? Perhaps they had no access to them at the time, it must be. He is a big boy now----not a baby as in pics I have seen thus far. And if I were to be a would-be witness, I may have very well have neglected to report seeing Mom and tots anywhere, given the difference of appearance thus far until today...Why did LE not release some recent pics thus far? I know many have speculated about timely release to, "release and catch" ----but really? A couple of those recent pics of 'lil Sky looked remarkably different than any pics I have seen since Day 1, nearly TWO weeks ago. I am not liking this at all.

Media reported they were searching landfills but later that day LE stated they were not. They did say they had it contained for a later date if needed.

I brought the burying in the sand earlier and someone responded that if she had a phobia to dust/dirt she would have never buried him. If she did I would hate to be the one putting my toes in the hot sun in the summer to find that..

In the show she did bury the baby in the sand on the beach. In the end the mom and dad both confessed but the medical examiner ruled it SIDS and no charges were filed.

The photo she posted on flickr of the mountain was e-mailed/called into LE.

I was in ballard today in the industrial district and noticed how many garbage cans were open...so many places to hide a body here I agree, lots of really thick blackberry bushes to..

"butcher baker" In Alaska (serial killer)he buried most the girls in the sand/trees/ect. in remote places they never did find all the women..

If she keep her cell phone at home going to the hospital, i'm betting that if she did do something to him or was going to hide him after a accident there would be no pings Someone also mentioned up thread her mom lived close to a wooded area and was only 15 minutes away.

If he is passed I think he is in the water. With her OCD and using rags soaked with it when she cleaned..she would choose water not a dirty place..

I hope he was sold or given to a loving family or any other then the above where he is alive also!

That's the thing about this area. There are sooo many places to hide a body that nobody would ever find. I think it's why we have had some of the longest running serial killer cases. You and I both know that you can hop in a car and be in the mountains in less than an hour. Heck, hikers go missing and they can't find them up there. Same with all the water we have here. One of my brothers friends drown scuba diving off of Tacoma back in the 70's and he washed up off of Vancouver Island. Even the urban and suburban areas have vast amounts of wooded areas.

As far as JB not being able to bury her son because of her OCD, I think JB is very capable of doing anything she has to do. I think her "sugar baby" profile is proof of that.

Thinking about Julia leaving her children totally alone, do you think maybe they took long naps and she left them during this time thinking she would be back before they were awake?

TBH, no. I think she likely kept them up late and perhaps gave them something to sleep longer? Maybe woke them to give them something in the am after giving them something prior to bedtime the night before? It's the only logical thing I can imagine having left them for 12 hours of mediation. Maybe she gave them benedryl in the am before she left. Maybe M got into it and gave her brother more after he woke? Liquid benedryl isn't a horrible tasting medicine......

of course those are just speculation, maybe's....

I don't know. Whatever happened I think she may have become more confident with leaving them for escalating periods of time when they were ok with the earlier shorter time periods.

The whole thing stinks and moms level of 'cooperation' tells me this will not end well.

No offense, but you don't need a shovel to bury someone in the sand around here. The beaches are full of driftwood. . .some of them large. You can walk on to many beaches here and pick up a piece and dig a big hole. This I know.

Well seeing as Julia had successfully and again might I add falsely accused Solomon of both physical and sexual abuse that had dad totally out of the picture with his having come forward with his most recent photos of his son that he had from 12/2010.. Therefor with dearest Julia having refused to answer or speak a word to LE since Sunday Nov 6 the day she disappeared Sky and her lawyer doesn't even answer nor return LE phone calls.. Dear old mom having possession of all photos of the child taken in the past year.. Well.. Blame Julia for their being no recent pics turned over of Sky.. Hmmmm?? I wonder why??

Not LE fault.. Purely dear old mom to blame for that issue..
