Ok, a few things:

1) How far is watershed from the "local retailers" she was seen in?

2) Is it possible that she disposed of Sky at Watershed before Sunday? Then on Sunday, the day of the "disappearance", she wanted to "take him to the hospital" but in reality, she just wanted to drive by the park? Maybe she felt an ounce of guilt or loneliness. Since the park was on the way to the hospital, it was an easy route to take.

My 2 cents.

If she DID dispose of him at Watershed....whenever that may have happened, why no hit by the cadaver dogs on the car? How did she get him there? And, do we have an answer yet on whether or not JB has her own car?

I really really really hate thinking this, but there may not have BEEN a cadaver in the car. Given her, uh, ruminations that got her hospitalized as a danger to herself or ANOTHER, **cough cough gag**, Sky may have walked in of his own accord.

It is very possible that someone would return to the scene of the disposal to "check on it" shortly before reporting the child missing; not necessarily out of remorse, but rather to ensure nothing had been disturbed and the rest of the plan can be carried out.

She did it prior to Sunday in another vehicle (whose? I don't know). Therefore there would be no hits in the car. Since MM was so influenced by her mother, I think she was easily coached into saying that Sky was in the car. "Now, M, if anyone asks you, say yes, honey!" I don't think he was in the car that day at all.

I think her facial expressions in the most recent photos are the money shots. She is very obviously frazzled. She looks nervous and scared. She looks downright mean in the one where she is looking directly at the camera. With her turning her head to look out the window, I think that is a telling sign. She is SCARED AS ALL GET OUT that someone may have seen something then and the cops will be rolling up. That's why I am curious how far the park is from the bank and Ross.

Just some thoughts on Stan right now.. This young man is witnessing EVERYTHING that all of us are so badly wanting to have even a glimpse of, Julia's actions and reactions to every single move that's being made by investigators.. This young man, her brother must be literally sick, and so very conflicted.. It angers me tremendously because essentially he is another victim of Julias.. I believe that he is in such a horrible situation presently and IMO has seen with his own eyes that Julia is responsible by what he has witnessed in her staying with him 24/7 these past two weeks.. His account would be so very vital to this case. I pray that he does the right thing for his innocent little nephew for whom Stenley, himself chose Sky's name.. That's a special thing and makes me have hope that he will do the right thing.. It's sad he's in this situation but I feel as tho what he has witnessed in these two weeks is extremely vital and damning information against his sister, Julia..

I personally believe that it will only come after time separated and away from Julia's manipulative grasp she has on him.. I believe once she's arrested and some time passes that Stan will hopefully do the right thing for innocent little Sky..

I'm not sure about the timing. But I spent a lot of time looking at the map this morning. I used to drive a wheelchair van, cabulance at one time. I drove a lot in Seattle and occasionally on the east side. I just couldn't understand why on a Sunday morning she wouldn't hop on 520 to 405 to Overlake. It would surely be the quickest way for that time period. I know. I've driven it. Then I considered she could take Bell Red Rd that would take her pretty much right to the hospital. The final route was Redmond Way to 6th St S. that would put her on 124th Ave NE. I figured that was the only way she would have went, but I just couldn't figure out why she would go that way. Both of the other two routes would have been quicker.

Now that we learn where the old house is and Watershed Park. It makes perfect sense.

She may have used the bus, they did check a bus stop early in the case by her apartment. If he was in a stroller covered up with blankets, no one would have noticed..MOO

Thank you for posting this. I was wondering the same thing, 520 seems so much more direct. I thought perhaps there was a local reason.

520 and 405 can be really awful during regular rush hour traffic time. I could see the alternative route if it was during peak traffic. It just doesn't make any sense for a Sunday morning though. That route should be wide open at that time.

I take back roads as much as possible. I'll even take 99 to the airport from Lynwood area, even when there is no traffic. When I go to Bellevue I go through Lake forest Park and follow around the lake...MOO

She holed herself up in the house all the time so maybe she don't like the highways..MOO

I really wish we knew the exact route she took that morning..MOO

She still needed her kidnapping/wandered off story. I believe since she was familiar with the area, she thought that was a good spot. The sound wall next to the freeway, early Sunday am, et cetera. No traffic cameras, no businesses on that street with security cameras.

I thought about her not wanting to take the freeway. My Mom avoids them at all costs. But why not take Bell Red Rd then? I don't remember clearly, so maybe you can help me, but isn't Redmond Way the street that goes up over the hill and drops into Kirkland? If it is then there are a lot of stop lights and intersections. It wouldn't be a quick route to Overlake if you were trying to rush there with a sick kid, JMHO

And with all the traffic cameras, I'm pretty sure LE knows what route she took.

ETA-I just answered my own question. Waldo's tavern is on Redmond Way and that's what I thought. I went there for a fundraiser once. There are lots of strip malls and stop lights going that way.

Because her cover is that he vanished. She had to keep playing the game.
