While I believe that all the photos we've seen are of Sky I however have felt for quite some time now that Sky was long gone before the mediation.. I even believe it's very likely to have been before 10/23.. This is not sourced as a family or friend but rather just someone who lives in the same apt complex that they recall seeing Sky on 10/23(anyone guess on why that specific date).. My thoughts were even further confirmed with Julia's latest upload of pix on 11/17 as if trying to prove she has recent pix of him.. Still tho we see no pix past summer 2011.. There is nothing whatsoever marking Solomon's 2nd birthday in September 2011, but we clearly have MM's most recent 4th birthday party documented.. This to me has me really fearing Sky has been gone quite a while..

I would really like to know when is the last time grandma and brother, Shelby, or Grandma Sue last saw Sky?? I feel that date will be much closer to when Sky actually disappeared..

Tonite when SM voiced his concerns over this same thought I've had for quite some time I had to say something myself.. Moo..moo..

I believe it is about her image she set up for herself. Her photo's tell a story she wanted everyone to read. She added to it to prove something to us...I think that she wanted us to see she was not closed up inside like what was being said, most of the new ones were outside (someone else brought this up) .
The audio she may have truly not known was public. She did have to ask on Flickr how to make photo's private. When she found out from media it was public she wanted it off. It made her look bad, in her eyes..even though she posted it. She thought it was private, maybe it was for a friend to hear and not the court? or maybe it was only intended for the court and it backfired on her when the public heard it.

Her not talking, pleading doing anything possible to bring Sky home makes me believe she knows where he is. No reason to plea, talk, go look, put up fliers...she knows.

I thin she is manipulating her accounts for one reason only. She previously put all this stuff out there because she wanted attention drawn to herself and her kids and their "plight". She probably believed also that her blogspot recordings would show the world what a bad man SM is.

Unfortunately, it seems, things are not going her way. People saw through her manipulation on the recordings, people are analysing her photos, not as proof of her being a wonderful mother that she wants us to think she is, but as carefully staged and bizzare photos. Evidence of Sky being cut out.

She obviously has figured out that LE and the general public are not lbuying her BS, so she is playing online trying to manipulate her image. Yet again.

This is all about her image. She is upset only because we don't believe she is the innocent victim she wants us to think she is. She's not interested in finding Sky because finding Sky would not help her image at all, because it would mean she would be proven a liar and a murderer.

I'm bumping this again because I find it fascinating and I want to know what everyone thinks.

If correct, it shows that Julia, a few days ago, and 7 days after her son was reported missing, was busy trying to publicly justify why she published a blog containing audio of custody exchanges during which her daughter is heard wailing and she, some feel, is attempting to make her child hysterical.

She's not taking LDT's, she's not sitting for interviews with LE. She's not pleading on the news for her son. She's not handing out flyers or searching parks. She's not curled up in a ball, distraught and freaking out.

No, instead, she is updating her flikr account and trying to explain away why she published a blog containing recordings of traumatic custody exchanges.

LE has stated their investigation has taken them around the world and all over the country. Yet, they have no reason to believe Sky is not right in their backyard. Which means, they obviously do not believe he was taken out of the jurisdiction to hide him.

So, unless someone is hiding a live Sky very close to home and unless Julia has an extremely good reason why she would hide her son and not the daughter who she claims her husband molested, Sky is surely dead or has been kidnapped.

Yet she is calm enough to worry about flikr and her blog spot - too upset to sit for LDT, mind you, according to her attorney - not upset enough not to upload photos and comment about her blog spot. What the heck?

I agree Gitana. I find it incredibly hard to believe that this woman won't sit down with LE to try to help locate her son but she is still keeping a heavy internet presence as we've seen. I hope she visits here and I hope she reads all the comments on the various news sites.

I have not read back through these threads to read any discussions about the trip with Grandpa. One of the photos of him driving seems to have a Washington highway sign in the background. I'm thinking that Grandpa may have taken Sky away, believing his daughter that Sky's father was dangerous. But there are so many photos, and I'm getting dizzy going back and forth through them!

I don't think they took a trip with Julia's father. I believe he came to the US from Ukraine to visit. It appears, based on the date of photos, that he spent one week at the Hotel Sierra Redmond (from March 25 - April 1/2) and that Julia and the kids stayed there with him (the room had a king bed and I believe a pullout sofa).

I am now more curious than ever to know the date of the surveillance screen caps.. I am almost thinking that they are waaaaaaaaaaay PRE-mediation(11/1).. That there more like 10/23 or even before!! I'm having a feeling that may be the case here thus even more of a direct msg to Julia from LE saying that they've not only retraced and verified her movements for the week before Sky disappeared but to say, "Hey look Julia we went all the way back to the day we know you disappeared him!"..

Other confirmation of this is that I believe with all my heart that Julia would have never attended that mediation with those dark azz trashy roots!! Never in a million years!! That's why I do not believe that when she went to the salon on 11/4 was when she got her root touch up.. If you'll recall it's reported that on 11/4 Julia just got a haircut!! I believe that!! Because I believe her root touch up was prior to 11/1 the day of the mediation.. Thus making the surveillance screen caps that much farther back dated!!!

I believe this definitely is possible and I believe it makes the msg from LE to Julia with releasing photos that much more direct in letting her know we've got you on tape from weeks before Sky "disappeared"(11/6) and possibly even on the very day Sky actually disappeared(waaaaay prior to 11/6)

One thing I promise you is this.. There is no way he!! That Julia went to that mediation with this dark azz roots as has been speculated.. She wouldn't!! Thank you - I figured they stayed in the area, it probably was like a "trip" for the kids. There are a few photos uploaded on September 5th (two of the kids sleeping) and another of Sky that are dated April 5th (Canon Powershot date) and they seem to still be in the hotel room. This photo of Sky is one of the pictures on LE's recent photo release.

I thought that if she's as mentally ill as Solomon stated, then she murdered her son when she was at the height of he illness. Now she is in an untenable situation, having all of her secrets come out and be publicized and never knowing when that loud knock is going to come, announcing her transport to a filthy, germ infested jail. So, I thought she could not keep still in such a state. We would hear from her soon.

But we hear about her online? I would have guessed she end up in the hospital again or dead.

I guess she is calmer than I thought, but still disorganized in her thinking. Wonder what she'll do next. Clearly, LE is getting to her.

I think LE is fibbing a bit when they say that's how she looked on the day Sky went missing. What they are doing is trying to elicit sightings for the time period that they think the actual crime occurred, which would be before that day. IE: before she got her hair done. If people see her with the hair etc she wore they might actually recognize and call in a tip for the time period they are actually investigating, while keeping their investigation out of the public eye for integrity purposes.

It was my understanding also that one reason the surveillance photos were released was due to her appearance being more consistent with the day Sky was reported missing than the other photos of her that had been published. I took that to mean both her darker hair and the clothing she was wearing in the surveillance videos.

The picture of Julia where she's at the counter that looked as tho she was looking at map(Miztery confirmed for us that it was the counter of the Chevron).. In that pic Julia's hair doesn't have dark roots, it had already been colored.. Also even in going with Julia having colored as late as 11/4 as reported when she went to the salon that is still PRE-disappearance(11/6).. Therefor her roots were already done on 11/6 kidnapping..

I still cling to my belief that LE's main goal for releasing screen caps was a direct msg to Julia but also to show that in weeks prior to Sky's disappearance(11/6) that this represents whT Julia looked like at that time seeing if it jogged memories of locals having seen her anywhere in those weeks leading up to 11/6 due to LE believing the events of grave importance(disposing of Sky) took place during the time in which Julia looked as she did in the latest screen caps released.. Make sense??

All in all I'm betting on them being closer to 10/23 when she disposed of Sky(while Julia still had dark roots).. and that Julia had already had her hair touched up blondeing the roots prior to the mediation of 11/1..

So why don't they just come right out and say it? Something like this is the last image of Sky's mom on the day Sky was kidnapped. If anyone remembers seeing her or Sky please call the tipline or something like that. Not directly pointing the finger at her but make it sound like she's a victim of a child kidnapping.

I don't get the mind games by LE. Yes they may be trying to get at her BUT there is still a little boy missing and these cryptic messages are very confusing for those who may want to try to help.

If that's what she looked like on Nov. 6th. say so. If that's the way she looked like 5 months ago, say so. They know when the surveillance photos were taken. If they don't tell people what day it was, how does that help with locating Sky?
