Good Morning handsome boy!!!!

It's raining outside and I was thinking about Sky. Do you have a rain slicker, boots and a hat to keep your head dry little guy? We could splash in the puddles, look at the worms, watch the Mama Robin in her nest - keeping her eggs dry, and check out what is sprouting up in the garden together . . . Sweet Child. Maile and your Daddy could take your hands and help you jump over the big puddles and splash in the little ones. You could sing "raindrops keep falling on my head" and giggle with delight at the warm and wet weather. Sky boy, you are forever on our minds and in our hearts. Sky Crew remains hopeful and we are wishing with our very souls you are doing ok today. Help us to help you . . . let's find you and bring you home.

Sky, two of my boys are playing baseball and keeping me busy this summer. My youngest guy is playing T-Ball and I see these cute boys and I am so sad that you didn't get the chance to be "boys will be boys". My youngest is also in swim lessons and he is just so proud of his accomplishments as he should be! Sky, you should be with little M and your daddy learning to be and acting like a little boy.

I hope that you come home for Father's day this weekend. If not, I hope that at least LE provides us with update in honor of Solomon.

:heartbeat: Love to you Sky Crew :heartbeat:

BBM: I took your fantastic idea, Cocomod, and emailed all the local reporters again with the suggestion of doing a story from the Father's Day angle. Hopefully, one of them gets back to us!

I just can't wait to say it (sorry guys), but HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to Solomon!!! He deserves to have a Father's Week with how hard he worked to get little M back into his safe, loving arms, into a home where she could be showered with the care and attention she's so entitled to. He deserves a Father's Week for how hard he has worked to keep Sky's name in the news and his story alive. He deserves a Father's Week for everything he went through while trying to be a loving husband and devoted father only to be abused and defeated at every turn. This man is truly a hero and I hope this Father's Day (however bittersweet) is just a little bit sweeter with his knowing M will be with him forever.

I too am in mourning Sky Crew. I feel that my grief has lasted so long because he has not yet been found.

I am encouraged to hear that there are posters 2 hours away from where Sky disappeared; however, discouraged to hear that in other areas there are not any.

I did watch a video several months ago that really opened my eyes and made me sad. Have any of you watched the video with the hidden camera where there is a missing child's poster on the door to a store, and the same child is walking through the store?

Wow! I went to google to find the video, and they did another segment about it today!
Here is the video from today:

What could be done differently? What could change this outcome?

Where is SKY???

Wow, today's society is so afraid to get involved. And so non-observant.

I know myself my mom is very aware of her surroundings. I don't know if it's a generational thing, but we can walk through a store, drive down the street, and she can tell me how many people there were, what color their hair, what they were wearing, what kind of shoes or purse. I basically say "what person". I don't know where I was, but obviously unaware. I'd be a horrible witness to a crime.

I would however become involved if I thought I recognized someone from a poster. Also have gotten involved when child was being (I thought) abused in a grocery store. I also "eyeballed" a family with a small boy who looked uncannily like Sky a few months ago and wrote about it here. After discussing with my mom - the observant one - we decided he was roughly a year older than Sky, although he did have that angel-like face and those eyes.

I was ready to stalk them out of the restaurant though! Ready to stall them for the police - I'm a pretty good gabber, and could surely keep them there until... :D

Oh Sky, where are you, and Julia - how could you do this to your son? To your daughter who loved her brother so? She'll have a hole in her heart and will always be looking for him in every face remotely similar the rest of her life.
Tell us where he is, you've hit bottom, how much worse can it get? You don't see your daughter, you're a pariah to everyone who remotely knows your story. Please bring Sky home.
:please:

Sky Crew - have a Happy Father's Day weekend. Happy Father's Day to dear Solomon. I hope that he enjoys every second of little M and the hugs, kisses, and love that she exhibits. I hope that little M enjoys her daddy's lap and the comforts that he provides.

We need to spread something like this all over social media whether it is twitter, facebook etc. We go about our life and it passes us by so quick we forget to smell the roses.

Maybe reminders like this will stick in peoples head.

Bumping for you baby boy. Along with the others, I want to wish Solomon a happy father's day celebrating with his MM. We're thinking of you Solomon, MM, and Sky. One day closer.

I can't imagine the mixed emotions Solomon is going through as we come up to Father's Day. Last year, he hadn't seen his children in months, and he had no idea when he would be able to see them again. This year, he has custody of his beautiful daughter and so a reason to rejoice. But, the joy he must feel must be horribly tempered by the fact his son is still very much missing, and most likely gone forever. This poor man. I hope that for just a few hours on Sunday, the universe allows him to put aside his fear, anxiety and grief and just be able to truly relish his day with M. I hope you have a very happy Father's Day, Solomon!

Julia needs to understand she could still make things better in this whole situation by disclosing what really happened to Sky. She could recognize that although she doesn't necessarily like Solomon right now, she did pick him for her lover, husband, and father of her children. She may not have bonded with Sky the way she had with Maile, but that wasnt Sky's fault. Sky wasSolomon's "mini-me" and reminded her too much of Solomon, she had the opportunity to give him to SM to raise, but that did not fit with her scheme of making her husband out to be an abuser. She did not want Sky, but it was more important for her to keep him from his Daddy. Julia needs to come clean, if she wanted to hurt SM more she could disclose on Fathers Day!

I'm at Boston-Logan airport, waiting to fly home to Washington, D.C. to surprise my dad for Father's Day. He has no idea I'm coming....or that we're throwing him a huge (60+ people) surprise party. Sky, I wish you were around to do the same for your father. He so deserves it after everything he's been through the past few years. Solomon deserves Father of the Year, from what I can tell. Sending my love from Boston to D.C. to Washington State -- I hope you come home soon, little man.
