someone posted last night that the bus station (which is right up the block from her apartment) was searched...

I put it on the case map...

I am wondering why they would search there???? I am thinking they could have perhaps had something on video???

the apartments where she lives are *very nice* and have on site composting as well as underground parking... (per the link posted on them) you would think they also have good security which means cameras..... if she parked in the underground parking they should have her on video most likely with both kids...

what is interesting about the bus station is that it has a very large parking area (so you can park and than ride the bus) could she have parked her car there???? just thinking out loud

I don't believe they were searching it. According to the news videos they'd set up their command center there. So the main command vehicle (RV/BUS) was there, plus parked police cars.

http://www.nwcn.com/news/Father-of-missing-toddler-to-take-second-polygraph-test-133433438.html

Johnson said police have not received any new clues in the past 24 hours. They do have a second polygraph test scheduled with the missing boy's father, Solomon Metalwala, Tuesday morning. Meanwhile, the boy's mother, Julie Biryukova, has declined to take a polygraph test.

While poly's aren't admissible in court, I go back to what we've seen over and over. Parents and spouses of the missing that won't voluntarily rule themselves out are more often than not found to be involved, no?

Why would you NOT want them to rule you out and look in other possible directions for your missing son?!?!?!?!

Why would they need a ruse? They were both over 18 at that point. And considering they produced 2 children this clearly was a real marriage and not a sham one just so he could stay in the country.

I don't necessarily think they needed a ruse. It's just that at first the deportation story didn't make sense and I was wondering if there was some other reason for making it up. After reading more, though, I do see that adult children of parents who immigrated do not automatically get permanent residence once they turn 21 (unless they are citizens, obviously). So the deportation angle makes sense.

It was her mother who said they got married just before he was facing deportation, by the way.

In another declaration, her mother, Nadia Biryukova, wrote that they married in 2003 in her kitchen just before he was to be deported to Pakistan.

I also don't suspect the father at all - agreeing that he may not be 'father of the year' if any of those other allegations are true. But I don't think he did this. He had JUST settled a custody agreement - to get joint custody (or visitation). It seems that if either parent had a reason to stress and flip out, it was the mother rather than the father. JMHO

I'm on the fence actually, but the hubby does have a huge family network and the mother called his attorney after the mediation session (and signing papers) wanting to back out and saying she felt pressured.

Either way, this is so tragic for little Sky; hoping he is hidden somewhere safe until the FBI can hone in on his whereabouts. It REALLY bothers me that the children do not seem to be as happy as normally portrayed in children's pictures. This is sorta reminding of Mel Gibson and his screaming audio with his last wife/girlfriend? !!

She's not going to take a poly. I swear she's hidden her little guy.
I think BOTH of these parents have a hand in this mess of a divorce and custody battle.
I think they've both acted ridiculously, and put the emotional needs of the children second to their own anger.

Of course he passed, he likely doesn't know where Sky is.

I wouldn't take one either if I was hiding my son from an abusive man. IMO

FWIW I *am* sort of on the fence, just trying to look at both sides. :)

I wonder if she felt that he would possibly take one or both of the children out of the country.
The stories of that happening are absolutely heart-breaking!!!
Again - it would be a lot more difficult for him to take the little girl who is clearly vocal about who she wants to be with, than it would be to take a 2 year old boy who may not really understand what's going on.
Not saying he would or he wouldn't do this - but as a Mama-Bear myself, I know that if I felt threatened (whether it was warranted or not), I'd go to extreme lengths to keep my cubs safe, sound, and with me.

Here the Dad is volunteering to take not one but two polygraphs and Mom is declining...:waitasec:

It's not the man's story, it's her story many here are not "buying." The man had no way of knowing she was going to leave her child alone in a car. And it's her story that she left her child alone in a car, not his.

Since the divorce was such an ugly contention..and her calling his lawyer's office to "make trouble again", I question whether he or his family would do something to obsolve the situation? Dorking with the car and her being followed, etc.

Where are the mother's parents? What do they say? Why was she allowed to hang with a 21 yr old when she was 15?? This whole relationship has been "odd" from the beginning, imo.

I also find it telling that she has absolutely none of STBX's family on her FB "friends" list.

European mothers are not usually shy about posting their children naked. I have friends on my FB who do this. *I* won't even post pics of my son shirtless for the world to view, but I am not JB, with her upbringing, culture and experiences. IMO

Why would she? They're exes. I don't have my ex MIL on my friend's list. :floorlaugh:

Does this woman have a family who is also bitter towards Dad? Are they local? When was this child last seen by anyone else? Who would put themselves in a position of facing felony charges for her?

If she decided to hide a live child because father got visitation rights, why only hide one child? She is clearly attached to her daughter, yet only the son is missing. So that makes me really doubt that this child is kept by someone in live state to hide him from dad.
