On the transfer tapes, there is a woman who is there for the mom. Helping with the transfer. Maybe SO?

Yes, the 4 year old sister said the brother was in the car but children that age are easily manipulated and influenced so I doubt investigators are just going to assume he was in the car because of what 4 year old said.

I wonder if follow-up questions were asked. Where was he sitting? Did the sister speak to him during the trip? Play with him? (to determine whether he was alive and alert at the time). The devil is in the details, and if the sister is asked the right questions as part of "friendly conversation" then they might be able to determine the truth of the matter. It's a shame to put that sort of burden on a 4 year old, but I'm convinced that the mother is lying and not credible, which leaves the truth somewhere in the memory of a 4 year old girl.

Such a sad and disturbing story.

How do you get to the actual documents?

If you click on the bright blue names, it is a hyperlink that will expound a bit on the case and all of the filings along with a docket description. It's in the docket description where there are a few more details (such as SO's name in the declarations). I don't think we can see the actual documents unless someone goes to the court house and retrieves a copy.

Thank you. I did click on the link and all, but since I wanted more, I thought perhaps we located the actual documents and I was just having one of those "senior moments" today. :)

Good morning :) Being in Washington stinks when you wake to a million more posts :)

I guess that in truth we really don't know. Would be interesting to find out that it was dad. He didn't seem, from the recordings to not want or feel anything odd or lesser towards the daughter.

Re: photographer. What I'm wondering is WHO took all the pics of JB with M? If it was her STBX, then he is snap-happy as well... it isn't just her... I wonder what kind of camera was used.

This is turning out to be such a confusing investigation. Only one person can say they saw this boy in the last two weeks, which is ODD, except in looking through the hundreds of pics of the kids, no one else is in them. In my kid's pics, there are other people in a lot of them. Kid friends, other adults, extended family, strangers at a children's museum, etc. It appears it might be typical that no one would see the for extended periods of time - that may be how they lived.

except that they were in preschool....

I missed that. So they were enrolled in preschool, but for the past two weeks they haven't been attending?

it was not stated if they had attended recently or not... but that they were enrolled and LE would be going to the school..

I put the school on the map:

True, but I tend to believe the 4 year old. Having had one myself, I know that when my daughter was in K4 she could come home and tell me everything that happened that day. Who was there, who was absent, who was late, what they all ate, who had their cards changed and what for, etc, etc.

I think a 4 year old is certainly able to articulate who was in the car when it stopped by the side of the road, especially if they interviewed her that very day.

Now whether Sky was "sleeping" as mom says or rather unconscious or dead is a whole other matter.

I wonder if the one person who saw Sky in the last two weeks is perhaps the one who watched the children while mom was at mediation? That was last Thursday, right?

:waitasec: I thought Tuesday but I could be wrong. Friday she attempted to rescind the agreement reached in mediation.
