And that his daughter began to repeat "I'm going to kill myself" because she heard her mother say it so often. This all before March 10, 2010 when they separated.

What I recall, LE has provided her with a place while they were searching her home.

They (LE) looked at the trash in the house and will not reveal what was in the trash.

Nancy asked if there were diapers in the trash and the Major will not reveal that info, so Nancy said: "she will take that as a no". :banghead:

The Major must have the patience of a saint to deal with NG. He clearly wants answers on Sky's disappearance.

Nancy: Was baby Sky a surprise? Did Julia want to have a baby? Did she want a baby girl? I noticed she looked so much like you (Solomon).
Solomon: Um, hesitates, Sky was, he wasn't planned, he just came forward. We didn't plan to have a second child. Sky was a blessing, I love Sky, I couldn't imagine not having him in my life. I love him.

I think the lawyer that is with him, is the lawyer representing him in the divorce. So far, nothing has been mentioned about the poly. Only 18 minutes into the show.

BBM. If this is true, it amazes me CPS allowed the children around mom unsupervised. Shaking my head.

If he told the judge this and had witnesses testifying to it also....how in the world did she ever get custody? ???

Because all she has to say is that he is violent and she wins. He is considered guilty automatically because he is a man. If he had videotape of a screaming mom chasing the kids around the house waving a chainsaw running full-tilt-boogie, the courts still wouldn't trust him if chainsaw-momma says he is violent.
