I know it seems odd to many that she didn't take both, but to me, it seems odd given her character that she didn't LEAVE both.

She seems to have no problem whatsoever leaving these little ones behind - why not this time? Why leave only one, instead of her usual habit of leaving both?

The answer seems pretty obvious, and it doesn't have anything to do with favoring one over the other. : ( It has to do with staging an abduction.

How convenient of mom to choose a gas station without gas. IIRC the gas station had been without gas for at least a month. Any bets on whether or not mom was aware the gas station she was walking to had no gas? So she bypasses who knows how many homes she could have knocked on the door and asked to make a call to walk to a gas station with no gas. AND she doesn't flag down any cars, walkers or bike riders.

And now she refuses to meet with LE WITH her attorney? There is a straight path to where this is going and it is not going to end well. I just pray the child is found. Dear Lord please let him be found. raying:

I am hesitant to post this because there are people listed in the docket with declarations and are easily searchable etc. I dont want people harassing them or being intrusive. I was just curious about what the case entailed and to some it might look like a bunch of garbage but there are a few telling filings. Thats as specific as I can be. If its inappropriate to post, mods feel free to remove. Its public record so I think I am ok.

what I find interesting:
1) they asked to change judges
2) one of them was in contempt of court (cannot tell who)
3) one of them had an attorney quit (not sure who)

Still catching up on this thread, so I apologize if this was already discussed. I'm having a real hard time believing that the statements in the court document posted up thread with the Dad's response to the divorce/custody/child are true. He and the kids were not allowed back in the home after they left? And, they all had to wear the same clothes every day, though we have seen many pics. of them wearing different clothes?

According to the GMA interview this morning, he has not yet spoken with M since she was taken into state custody. Why??

I'm not accusing Solomon of taking Sky, but his actions are questionable, IMO.

1. The statements have been backed up by some court documents to an extent.

2. Many here, including myself, believe many photos seem quite staged.

3. Have you listened to and/or read the transcripts of Julia's "exchange from hell"? She was very manipulative and deliberately whipped her daughter into hysterics.

4. Since Dad hasn't seen the daughter in several months, CPS is starting with supervised visitation. Obviously that hasn't happened yet.

5. We saw evidence of the same clothes issue on Christmas Day and Christmas Eve photos, for instance.

IIRC, in one of the news articles or perhaps one of the Press Conferences, the gas station did not have a gas can and Julia used a pay phone.

ETA: I will attempt to find that info. I thought for sure I commented on it, so I will check my posts.

I commented here about it, now I have to find where I heard it. It may have been Nancy Grace.

Still catching up on this thread, so I apologize if this was already discussed. I'm having a real hard time believing that the statements in the court document posted up thread with the Dad's response to the divorce/custody/child are true. He and the kids were not allowed back in the home after they left? And, they all had to wear the same clothes every day, though we have seen many pics. of them wearing different clothes?

There was a line in one of the articles that they are currently trying to work out a schedule of supervised visitation for him.

last week when reporters tweeted from the courthouse iirc they said that some sort of check would have to be done on SM before he was allowed contact with M***

As for the clothes, etc.... could have been referring to when they were all living together..?

It is an all around strange bunch of peeps in this case... imhoo

In his filing, it was stated she tried to get him charged with Contempt of Court for missing one payment of spousal support due to financial hardships.

Once they arrived back at the house, they were allowed in one at a time to head straight to the bathroom to bathe and put on their night clothes. From there, they were allowed only into the living room to sleep on the floor, again one at a time. She would not allow them to sleep in the bedrooms or have access to the closet because they were "perfect" to her.

As far as him not speaking with the daughter yet, I'd imagine that they are going to have to gradually introduce him back into her life. It's been since December 2010 since she saw him. The child was severely traumatized thanks to what her "mother" (and I use that term very loosely) has put her through.

I'm with you. There is a reason their daughter is NOT with dad.

I think the reason the daughter is not with the dad is because LE/CPS does not want to make the same mistake twice (just taking one parents' word over the other). While it seems that they are inclined to believe the dad, I don't think they are absolutely sure yet.

It makes no sense (to me) that they would put her with a complete stranger just because she hadn't been with her dad for almost a year... her own bio dad whom she lived with at one time.

I don't think they suspect him in any of this - I just think they're going to handle the domestic issues of this case with kid gloves at this point.

I must have missed that Dad has been granted supervised visits with M -- do you have a link?

If the same clothes issue is evidenced only by the kids wearing the same clothes on Xmas and Xmas Eve, I would be guilty of doing the same with my 4 DS. I have 1 Xmas outfit for each and they wear them both days.

I know it's not my post you're asking about, but it was discussed upthread - that the dad was granted supervised visits with M but the mom was denied any contact at the moment.

Or knew the daughter would have a hissy fit... maybe get out of the car and then the truth? be known....that little Sky was not in the car at all.

Meanwhile, Biryukova is under court order to stay away from her 4-year-old daughter, who has been in protective custody since her brother disappeared.

The childrens' father, Solomon Metalwala, was granted supervised visits at a custody hearing Thursday.

you know... I just rewatched that interview.... he doesn't say he hasn't seen his daughter... he says he hasn't talked to her about where sky is... (I just posted the video again upstream)

Also... watch how the lawyer looks back and forth at SM and SM does the same.. I think he was being very cautious in all statements related to the divorce, custody, Julia, etc...
