MOSSYROCK, Wash. -- The owner of a store and gas station in Mossyrock was repeatedly run over and killed by a driver who was stealing gas after filling up on Monday, the Thurston County Sheriff's Department said.

Something similar happened here in BC a few years ago.
Because of that, it is now mandatory that you pay for gas before you pump it.

It can be inconvenient at times, but well worth it if it saves lives.

A man who ran over a Mossyrock gas station clerk was found not guilty by reason of insanity at his murder trial in Chehalis.

Lewis County Superior Court Judge Jim Lawler ordered John David Angeline to Western State Hospital on Tuesday for an undetermined stay.
