According to NamUs, her left eye is blue and her right eye is hazel…

According to Namus, she had curly, strawberry blond hair. Height: 5’4” Weight: 110 lbs. Aliases were Amy, Starr, Tina Moore.

A lot of aliases for a 15 year old girl. Heterochromia iridum (each eye a different color) can possibly be detected in dna.

I still cannot find a picture for Tasha, or any other information regarding her disappearance. I am wondering if she was a sex worker because of her aliases. This makes me wonder if she fell victim to Gary Ridgway, known as the “Green River Killer” who was active in the area during the time Tasha went missing. He preyed on victims such as sex workers, that had less of a chance of being “missed” by family members. Tasha seems to fit into that category (someone who wouldn’t be quickly “missed”) due to the lack of information about her disappearance and no available photo of her.

I can't find pictures either. A quick search of the time period (roughly) and the only missing girl I see with Heterochromia iridum is this one. The issue of course is, many photos are poor quality or black and white. Heterochromia iridum can be subtle, can change with light. Also, if you are a street kiddo, run away, of exploited, many people wold not remember details about you or look at you closely enough to notice...

Hi there! So, I followed a gut feeling down this particular rabbit hole, requested the missing persons report from Seattle PD this July and just got a redacted copy of it. Unfortunately, due to Tasha's status as a minor at the time of her vanishing, her name, birthdate, etc, are redacted, which isn't exactly helpful. There is a name mentioned in the report of the person last known to have seen her, a female friend who was also a minor and was later found.
Based on the details in the report, it's likely Tasha may have been engaged in prostitution (which is directly stated) and also that she may have been a ward of the state at the time of her vanishing (she was supposed to report back to the department of health and human services when she went missing after going out for a cigarette break)
I'm going to work on scanning the report digitally, as the copy I received was via USPS mail and I'm a little worried about Websleuths taking this comment down before I have the chance to do so lol.
