Thomas Joshua Hayes was last seen in Long Beach, Washington on July 18, 2019. He is generally in the Astoria, Oregon area and has family in Astoria. He has had no contact with his family since the date of his disappearance, and he is usually in constant contact with them. He is Hispanic, 5'5" to 5'7", and 120 to 145 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes, with a mustache and goatee.

He was recently experiencing difficulty breathing and is suspected to have an undiagnosed respiratory illness. He was wearing black athletic style shorts, a red T-shirt and a backpack. Thomas also uses the first names "Josh" and "Worm".
