WSP says Martini left behind his wallet, phone, keys and dog. He is also not dressed for the weather.

Typo on the poster. It should be Marine Drive, not Marin. I don't know if Timothy is Native American, but his last seen location is on the Tulalip Tribes reservation.

I hope Timothy is located safely soon. It's cold and wet out there.
