Didn't he die by hanging? Was he hung by a rope? From the book "Lyle takes solace in the fact that he has a basement in his store where he stores a length of rope behind a packing case." Could this be why he chose him. And it was a cool name...

Our Lyle hung himself with his belt.

Thanks, I brought it to the attention of the FB group members. I've already thrown in my keep vote. The idiot trying to get the page deleted has also targeted two other UID pages for deletion. The awesome guy who created Lyle's page is trying to defend the other two pages as well.

It's sad that Lyle is bullied like this in death, as if life hadn't done enough of that to him.

Thanks dotr. Sorry for mixing up his name, but I'm glad you knew who I was talking about. I have several theories concerning both young men but didnt want to pursue them if Beavers was already ruled out as a potential match. Someone from another site told me he was, yet I haven't found anything yet confirming as such, so I'm at a standstill at the moment.

Ira Josytewa disappeared from Arizona in August 2001. He had a surgical scar on the abdomen and the same eyebrows type, attached earlobes

Also, something I find odd is that he had toothpaste and a toothbrush. Why would you worry about brushing your teeth if you were to take your own life soon?

He might have been a dental hygiene fanatic, or possibly a case of OCD.

I might plan on sending his information to a mental health specialist to get an evaluation.

Most of the announcers are from Canada and you don't have to listen very long to hear some of the most prominent characteristics.

Habit, fastidiousness, self-consciousness (not wanting to offend people with foul breath)

Although many people with depressive disorders lack the energy to attend to grooming and hygiene, others are able to maintain their normal patterns. Also, oftentimes when a person has made the decision to end his life, he experiences a relief and a bit of an upswing in energy, enabling him to go through with the act.

This is why people often say "he seemed to be doing better" or will notice someone cleaning out his house, giving things away, making arrangements. Lyle might have even seemed sort of excited to be going on a trip.

For those of you concerned about Lyle's Wikipedia article, I'm thankful for your effort, but by posting a link to the discussion and asking others to give votes to keep the article isn't going to help as much. As a Wikipedia editor for the past six years (and the author of the article) the deletion process has frustrated me to a severe degree, but the page won't be kept just by interpreting the number of votes for keeping the page. In order to have the article stay, we need secondary news sources. If any of you can find some online or that can scan copies and post them, the page doesn't quite fulfill the standards for sources, which is the main argument the opposing side has against the page.

While I did post a link to the deletion debate; no where did I say anything other then the link & page title.
