62-year-old Carrie Ann Winters was last seen on March 27, 2026, in the morning (approximately 7:00–8:00 a.m.) by her partner in Vancouver, Washington.
Carrie had planned to go hiking at Dougan Falls in Washougal, Washington, but did not return home.
Her phone was left at home. Her partner later located her vehicle at Frenchman's Bar Regional Park with her purse and keys still inside. Carrie has not been seen since.
She has tattoos on her neck, torso, arms, hands, and legs.

Yelp has reported in March of 2026 that the business is permanently closed.

(If you click the link she attached for the business on her LinkedIn page it now comes up as a business with the same name in Dubai so I'm guessing when the current business closed, the domain was picked up by someone).

Frenchman’s Bar, near a sizable lake and the Columbia River, which is quite large. Left phone, purse, and keys behind and apparently lost her job.

Unfortunately, I think a lot of us know where this is going.
