Stains being a Level III RSO is to check in with LE once a month. When he didn't show they went to his residence only to find out he split a few weeks ago. Scarrier still is he was talking about aductions of women from a trail.

He DECLINED sex-offender treatment?? Why is that an option if you're convicted of a sexual assault? If you don't participate in the treatment, you shouldn't be released from prison.

Hopefully they find him soon. Very scary dude.

It really makes no difference if he participates in treatment or not. Treatment is a bad joke. The smart ones play along and the ones that don't give a poop don't bother. Either way, both kinds of them are just going to get out and go straight from one victim to the next, like an animal who lives to hunt. This one seems to enjoy flaunting it.
