Tulalip Police are seeking assistance locating Winona Keeline. She has been missing from the Tulalip area since 11/29/23. 27 years old, approx. 5’5” tall and 140 pounds with brown hair and eyes. Winona frequents local area casinos and may be wearing a blonde wig and blue contacts
