6m

Ms Holmes says she spends more time with Barry in the van, than at her mothers. She confirms there is no landline to speak to Barry and the only way to contact him was on his mobile. She did not always expect him to have his phone on, she says.

5m

On July 10 when she is asked to look back, she is asked whether anything stood out. “There was nothing out the ordinary,” she said , but she had seen what was happening on Anglesey on the news. “I went to work as normal and saw Barry as normal.”

The whole evidence from Williams, his Mum, sister and GF seems a bit odd, sort of convoluted. Maybe it's just coming across that way in the reporting.

The trial of the crossbow killing of Gerald Corrigan is resuming.

1h

First witness is Dawn Mann - an analyst employed by North Wales Police.

59m

Mrs Mann says on May 31 an Apple iPhone 6 was seized from Terence Whall. The number ended in 637 and was interrogated.

59m

There were a series of text messages received from a SIM card of phone ending 233.

58m

The 637 phone received contained latitude and longitude data - map co-ordinates. The SIM card sending had been previously used in iPhone seized from Whall. The phone had used both SIM cards and the texts related to map co-ordinates.

57m

The 233 SIM card sending the messages was being used with an electronic GPS tracker.

57m

The 233 SIM card had been put in a tracking device “Yes” and had been operative since May 18.

56m

It could for example show where a car was at any particular time - she is asked “Yes”

55m

The device sends a text message back to a registered phone with the information. Whalls’ 637 number had ben “seeking information” from the tracker device. Between May 27-30 Whall sought information 59 times from th device

55m

Richard Wyn Lewis is referenced who lives on Anglesey. The location of the tracker was close to his address on 38 occasions.

53m

On May 27 2019 the tracker was sending location details to Whall’s from 1.30am to 9.30pm in the evening. It would have been requested by Whall. It was in th vicinity of Lewis’ home address she confirms again.

50m

May 28th the tracker sent more locations details between 9.55am and 7.09pm; May 29 9.51am to 6.26pm. May 30 10.13m to 7.45pm and May 31 10.28am to 6.17pm. Each occasion Whall was requesting location details.

44m

Mrs Mann says the tracker was sending location data in the vicinity of Lewis’ home. She refers to telematics data from the Land Rover Discovery showing where it was when the engine is switched off. On May 24 00.15pm the engine is switched off - 2 mins later engine switched on.

43m

More data is given on when the engine was switched on and off on the following days.

36m

Telematic data showed a Land Rover Discovery travelled between Garddedfa, the home of Whall and the home of Lewis a number of times later on in May.

32m

On May 26 11.15pm the engine is switched on and soon after is switched off near the home of Lewis. In the early hours of May 27 the Land Rover engine is switched on and the car goes back to Garddefa.

59m

Mr Elias is asking Mrs Mann to run through data from Thomas Barry Williams mobile phone.

56m

April 18/19 Mrs Mann prepared a report on Mr William’s phone and a phone attributed to Whall.

54m

2.25pm April 18. There are a number of interactions between their phones and a call just before 8.55pm. 10.26pm there looks to be an attempted call to Mr Williams and then there is no further activity on Mr Williams phone until data event 3.02am April 19 Good Friday.

50m

April 19 - schedule of call data for number of Mr Williams. Mrs Mann noted that the last activity by anybody using that phone was at 12.15pm on Good Friday. Data event. 12.08 text message sent to an unknown number. As of 12.15pm - no further outgoing activity on that phone

Mrs Mann says in report at 1.21pm Whall’s phone attempts to phone the number but it goes to call forward. There is another two months of data for Mr Williams phone to se if it was ever used again.

49m

In the two months after that phone was never used again. That number had been “completely dropped” said Mrs Mann.

48m

Another number attributed to Mr Williams came into existence within half an hour of the last use of the other number. That was on April 19 and was an EE pay as you go phone.

48m

That was activated at 12.45pm on April 19.

46m

That phone contacts a phone attributed to Mr Whall - on April 19 at 2.41pm, by text.

Mr Elias suggests that Mr Williams may have switched his original phone off or put it into airplane mode over the night of April 18/19. Mrs Mann says “Yes”.

42m

Mr Williams original phone had been in use for two years and the third most frequent contact in the data was the number for Whall.

38m
