Incidentally, Perugia Murder File did not hesitate to snip from my articles and blog posts and Facebook without my permission----so I thought I would return the favor. ;)

again...there is no evidence that Amanda and Raf did anything...staged anything...looked for a lamp...or even showed up at that apartment that night...there is no evidence of when RG used that toilet...the bra may have been removed after she was dead...so what?

sex killers often toy with their victims hours after they have died...so what?

why people insist on these virtual "children" with no criminal histories whatsoever...no history of violence...no history of Amanda being a bully or showing agression towards anyone...why this insistance that they were involved?

this rudi is a breaker and enterer..he is an unattractive time bomb waiting to go off...he is obviously guilty and has probably raped before. He is a known criminal.

what in gods name do these two kids have to do with it?

nothing.

It sure does seem that the facts and evidence - or lack thereof - support what you are saying here.

PS: And in light of this, it amazes me the way people on pro-conviction forums are still engaging in their blatant fantasizing ( I will not post them here as I was told it may be improper to do so, although PMF had no problem posting things of mine without my permission). But they opine on and on, about Amanda attacking Meredith out of jealousy, and Raffaele jumping in---it really can get nauseating...

Where body scan pictures taken of all those who lived in the cottage in the day(s) following MK's horrible murder? In would be strange not to see some sort of bursing, sratching, cuts considering the scenarios that have been put forth...

Another strange thing regarding the break-in/key is that we're supposed to believe that Amanda and Raf staged the break-in and then locked the door themselves. But when ILE arrived at the scene the door was cracked partly open from Raf trying to break it down to see if Meredith was in there. The theory among those who think they're guilty is that they were trying to break the door down to get Amanda's lamp after having thrown away the key. What doesn't make sense is that they supposedly tried to break in to get this "incriminating lamp" but gave up and then called the police who showed up and at that point Luca finished the job of breaking down the door.
I find it implausible that they would try to break down the door, fail, then call the police if they thought they'd left evidence of their guilt in that bedroom.

So you are thinking RS couldn't break the door? But Luca can?

Nobody knows the reason (you mention a possible one) they 'tried' to check on Meredith and 'tried' to break down the door. IMO they didn't REALLY want to bust down the door... but wanted it to look like they had 'tried' (not to get the lamp).

So are you thinking she/they were SO worried about Meredith... that she returned to RS's, ate something, called Filomena, went back to the cottage, tried to look thru her window, then 'tried' to break down the door but couldn't??? Maybe should have immediately called the police instead- if SO worried, or busted the door open all the way... which I'm sure even you will admit RS could have EASILY done.

Good question....

what makes you think the door could easily be broken? why would they pretend to be concerned...? and only kind of

break the door...?

where is their dna? where is the proof?

Well, Malkmus had supposed that it would be odd to call the police and others if they did not retrieve the lamp, ergo, they did not really want to retrieve the lamp, and I would concur. I have no idea if a door can be easily broken, and it does seem a leap to suppose they were feigning concern. If you believe Mignini's idea of their guilt, then you go about showing how all the details support that. But they really do not, if you do NOT presuppose guilt.

But to get the original conviction, the Italian judges were taking all of these into consideration and as a kind of "evidence" , obviously.

Luca did it easily. I have no idea why they 'pretended' alot of things.

What proof? They claimed their concern, AK tried to look into the window, and RS tried to break the door. Wonder why the 'karate' kid couldn't break the door open??? :innocent:

Do you think that if AK and RS had not been near the cottage that morning ( if they had say, gone away for the weekend), that the police and Mignini would have suspected them (from evidence within the cottage)? Or was this a case of their unknowingly calling attention to their every move and word?

Yes, everyone from the cottage and person's knowing Meredith would have been questioned... just like what happened anyway.

Did you know that they ACTUALLY were supposed to make a 'picnic' trip that day... wonder why they didn't get an early morning start like they had planned and told RS's father???

Right, but it would have been under different circumstances, with no questioning of the behavior then and there.

No, where was that said? I guess they were trying to start out and then got bogged down with the situation at the cottage?
