At-approximately 2210 hours, the UC, and the UC vehicle were equipped with a video recording device and an
audio monitoring device. This was donet,o allow Detectives-and Agen·t. to monitor the activities of Det._ the
suspect(s), and to capture a video recording of the transaction.
At approximately 2211 hours, the UCvehicle was searched by Det.•• ~ which met with negative results for
the presence of contraband.
Call #3: At approximately 2212 hours, M. Cuming was checking to see if Det.. was on his way to her location.
At approximately 2212 hours, SA provided Det."With $140.00in U.S.currency, to defray the
purchase cost of the prescription pills. The serial numbers and denominations of the currency used were
copied, and will remain on file atPCSO.
At approximately 2216 hours, Det.-departed the meeting location and drove to the town of Welaka area on
C.R.309,Putnam County, Florida.
Call #4: M. Cummings told Det.. and stated she was able to get (30) more pills tonight, but that they would
have to travel to another location to purchase them. (This telephone call was not recorded.)
Call #5: At approximately 2301 hours, Det.•• told M. Cummings he was going to stop and get [herminutes for
her phone, to which M. Cummings repli.~dto just give her money and she would get the minutes tomorrow. M.
Cummings said she would be with her ex-husband

Haleigh went missing...Ron stops at Kangaroo before he comes home to a girlfriend that would not take his calls.

Ron talks about a bridge in the past, do we know what the name of that bridge is?

Monday Misty got some bad chit from someone, could she of bought it from K's house? Do we know how far Tropic ave in San Mateo is from the MH?



I feel this K is a minor and that is why here name and info is not listed. They have her address, they took her home. Who do we know, that Misty knows that lives on Tropic Ave?...


Has this house been searched? Is this the drug house Misty frequents? Has Haleigh or Jr. ever been to this house?

Biggest question is.....did Ron and or Misty have Jr. in the car while they were selling these drugs and if so did LE get it on video???

Call #5: M. Cummings advised UC that she can get him 70 pills "right now:' M. Cummings told UC to bring
$500.00 to pay for the pills. M. Cummings told UC to go to the Dunns Creek Bridge and call her when he arrives.

At approximately 0513 hours, DetXXX and Misty Cummings departed from 950 State Road 206 West and traveled West on State Road 206, towards Satsuma, Florida. Agents also observed Brock depart from 950 State Road 206 West and traveled West on State Road 206, turned left onto Interstate 95 and travel south. At approximately 0513 hours, Det and Misty Cummings arrived at 116 Tyler Street, Satsuma. UC gave Misty Cummings $100.00 as an additional payment for brokering the transaction with Brock.

Oak Street, stopped in the area of Second Ave. to purchase drugs in Welaka. After the purchase Misty, Ron and Hope exited the UC vehicle and left on foot.

Misty and K. unidentified white female retrieved pills from an "UNKOWN SOURCE INSIDE (BLANKED OUT). UC drove "K" back home on Tropic Ave. UC dropped of Misty at SR 207/ HWY17 convenience store Kangaroo where Ronald was waiting to meet her.
