The question is a no-brainer. The obstruction in the case is obvious and there isn't a week that goes by where I do not email NY State AG Letitcia James demanding that her office investigate the investigation. I get blanket acknowledgements but nothing else happens.

The lack of action from Bellone and Sini should be considered obstruction in and of itself. This case shoul dNOT be as stagnant as it has been allowed to become.
