I get your point LC. I do it all the time with the case. I'll mix a particular time with an event. There is so much information with this case if you want to go back and check facts, the threads can look like 100 miles of walking sometimes. Some remember certain events better than others so I'm always cheating by asking someone if they remember.....:blushing:
When I saw her on HLN the other day she was having sort of a difficult time. They had MJ's body guard, his long time friend and another guy, can't remember what he did. Diane was making some unpopular comments about MJ and 2 of the guests were jumping on her verbally. You could tell she was upset.
I found it interesting when she was talking to Tricia, she kept referring to JB as a scrapper. Made a little fun of him trying to get his lawyer degree. Said JB got lucky with the verdict. Thought highly of Yuri both as an investigator and witness. JB was trying to use his comments on here against Yuri. She thought JB really loves going to New York for interviews, flying first class, show tickets, dining. She thinks he might have gotten 90,000 of ABC's money paid. Thought JA's problem was he let his emotion show on his face but when he talked in court, everyone sat up straight and listened. She was surprised FCA not convicted for child neglect and the jurors didn't understand what reasonable doubt was. Hopes FCA doesn't get pregnant but thinks she will. She thinks JB might have a story to tell, book, if he would talk about behind the scenes but doesn't think a good lawyer should treat clients that way. Agrees that the jury should not have been sequestered, made them feel isolated, they didn't really deliberate, just wanted to get out of there and go home.
