Currently, however it has been claimed Shannan G was drugged.

If the Dr. choses to use a drug to restrain the victim that would make himn very capable. Especially since a patient of his ODed & died while he was their according to the reports that Truth gave.
CPH has lied on numberous occassionsa we now see is factual, the articles Truth supplied were pretty telling of the character of CPH.

CPH lied & said he did not call MG, than retracted after 48 hours were going to come out with it. Now the doctor wrote to 48 hours the letters are public Truth gave links to them a bunch of times.

My question is if you have no POI no circumstancial evidence, no puzzle pieces, no connecting the dots. Your theory is vague & actually seems to deflect the fact that there is a mountain of circumstanial evidence that point to people involved the night SG went missing.

I find that anyone who used a comp from 80's has evolved tech savy is not at all the case IMO, a high school kid is a computer savy tech smart. This person is average at best.

Also because he retrieved cell phone pics & info doesn't mean he literally stalks the family in person, like what was implied by stalking angle. Deflective & monkey wrenching the situation just makes me wonder & question...hmmmm Why?

CPH is a great POI or potential SK IMO.

I believe Joesph Brewer is more of the main Player personally & doc culprit.

I have no idea how you're able to maintain your tone and demeanor while talking about so many different subjects with so many different people.

The two killer theory with PB. I personally think that the SK when he did the dismemberment was a special kill. Perhaps the victim fought back and he was injured and he went ballistic.

I was thinking asbout the comment on how you feel the Doc is not capable of such a crime due to his inability to control the victim etc.

I wanted to ask this as a question because I disagree with that reasoning & here is why:
The doctor has access to drugs which than makes it very easy to do what he can & is capable of. In fact speculation was SG was drugged & the other victims may have been drugged.
The Doc worked ER & from my experience just going to the ER, some patients are very difficult. I have to disagree with that whole thought of the CPH notr being capable. None of the victims had the SK DNA which leads me to think drugging was part of the crime. JMO

It was nice to hear & see how you formulated your thoughts as well as being pretty up front on your theory. But not having a POI is like an empty pocketbook.

I do not feel the SK is above average with tech savy, people who started using comp in the 80's have evolved jmo.Thank you for putting yourself out there & sharing. Hats off :seeya:

I don't recall having said anything about the doc being unable to control the victim specifically.

I do recall having said something to the effect that I don't think the doc is physically fit enough to have carried out any of the elements of the murders. I also mentioned something about the doc having a prosthesis and breathing problems.

The operative word in your sentence is "speculation".

The doc would have had access to additional staff members to aid him with difficult patients in the ER.

I'm not sure I understand the correlation you are attempting to make regarding the lack of DNA and drugs.

How do you know the perp didn't leave any DNA behind anyway?

I never said the perp is "above average". The "tech savvy" description came from MSM reports. I said the perp is a competent computer hacker and has tech skills.

I thought it was a fact that CPH said that he gave Shannon a sedative? Thats why my belief is that CPH drugged her and then she ran away. As she drudged through the marsh, the sedative kicked in and dropped her. Kind of like when they stick an animal with a dart. The animal is still running around for a little while until the tranquilizer kicks in. I also belive CPH has dirt under his nails.

Thanks for the kind comments guys! I try to keep up but I do miss some things. I highly recommend listening to the program vs. just reading my notes. I cannot replicate tone, intensity, and the cadence of the guests on the forum. Huge Kudos to Tricia and Kimster who kept sanity, professionalism, and transparency throughout the entire program!!! I so appreciate those who do not attempt to make their theories personal to other WS'rs. We are all here for one common goal. No, there have been rumors on this website and others. But CPH has never even admitted to meeting her, no less sedating her.

I think only people who aren't from Long Island would hear my accent. Could anyone else listening detect my long island accent? I don't know, I don't come from a family that has a particularly strong LI accent, I spent over 6 years in Boston during college, and live in the city so maybe that helped erase it.
I'm also a mumblerrr.

NOw I have to go back and listen to accents, or lack there of. Truthspider sounded normal to me.

So About the phone call to MG from CPH. I went diggin around and found a tid bit from a while back.

"Homicide detectives have spoken to Gilbert's family a number of times and the family has never conveyed to detectives that Peter Hackett called them regarding Shannan Gilbert being in his home the night that she disappeared," Suffolk police said in a statement.

Sherre Gilbert insists the statement is false, claiming that detectives ignored the information about the phone call. She says she doesn't necessarily believe Hackett had anything to do with her sister's disappearance, but wants the authorities to hear her.

I never really had what people consider to be a stereotypical Texas accent. None of my family members have drawls (most of them still live in San Antonio). As I said previously, there are many Texas accents. There are also many different accents that represent San Antonio alone

Some other things to consider, I grew up speaking two languages (English & Spanish) and I am mostly Tejana (I'm also a 1/4 caucasian).
