raisincharlie said:Actually - it would be good for LE if he did this and left some skin or blood on the frame(s). I am of the opinion there was something with the pictures other than blood spatter and use for identification.
Taximom,Taximom said:Maybe she found out about the affair and crossed/cut out his face on the wedding pics. Even though I don't think she's the type that would do that and leave them out, especially for Cassidy to see.
Was MM in the wedding party?
Did the warrant state where the pictures were when they took them?
I'm just wondering ~ if ~ they got in an argument on the phone that night and Michelle was the one who may have broken them or trashed them? Maybe she'd just found out about his affair? Maybe she'd just told him "it's over"? Then he'd be stuck with child support for two children and drove back to the house and took care of the "situation"?mikesmom1989 said:i agree, it is strictly a gut feeling, but i definitely think it is probable that JY was in a rage & somehow those very personal photos play into this somehow, wish i knew exactly how but as i said earlier, it would speak volumes if those oh so personal wedding pictures were smashed/broken --- shades of SP with wedding photos in the trash ---
i also agree with you raisin that there will eventually be an arrest/ case will be solved, lets hope sooner rather than later.right now, id be willing to bet that LE knows who the murderer is and are perhaps as you said waiting on various testing so that all their i's are dotted & their t's crossed- God, i hope so...

My wife and kids are off visiting with my wife's parents so I'm paying particular attention to pictures this eve. I've been driving everyone crazy on the board today so I need to be constructive. In the search warrant for 5108 Birchleaf Drive of 11/3/06, the inventory reflects collection of three wedding photos.
I am curious as to were everyone keeps their wedding photos, there is no point to this exercise other than to see where most people keep such photos. Perhaps you could also add your opinion as to why three photos were collected from the Young home.
Here are the locations where my wife has placed them in our home:
Bedroom dresser - 1
Family room - 2
Den - 1
Living Room - 1
Total of five, none of which are wall mounts.
I'm not saying why I think the Young wedding photos were taken, I'm much more interested in your opinions. Have fun!![]()

scandi said:In a fit of anger, yes, I could see him doing something like that. So far I haven't read anything clever that he {or the killer} did, and so I assume his ego is huuuuge and he thinks he can get away with anything. Example:
With all the smart and lovely sexy gals out there in his sales territory, why on
god's earth would he choose to bed a sorority sister of his wife's that was also married and the 2 couples close friends. Dumber than dumb IMHO Unless he did it to spite his wife and throw it in her face, which I doubt.
I've read differing accounts of whether or not anything was taken from the house. Does anyone here know if anything of value was missing, or was their just the appearance that a burglary had taken place, i.e. staged?raisincharlie said:PSA,
I like the idea about the jewelry - they could cross refrence the photo's, both wedding and others, to jewelry found in the home to ascertain if anything obvious was taken - very good thought !

scandi said:Hi Annie Great to have you back and we all missed you. Hope your trip was enjoyable and successful. I would love to spend Christmas in England some year just to hear their wonderful music.
Reading Nona's thread this morning, I learned it took 3 mos for police to arrest the boyfriend, and they had a bloody palm print and fingerprints of his on the murder weapon! We have to be patient. Scandi

I think I go for artistic, more than situational, photos for display Wedding photos can be artistic, but typically they're classic; not creative. The photos are not really hidden, just safely stored and not first choice for display.

Everything was so very Christmassy indeed - and I can't remember when I last saw misty breath and felt literally "bundled" up in warm clothes. I found some trendy stretch woollen lace 'thumb gloves' (er, my terminology, lol)! Heh, they look like arm-socks .... but free your fingers and the knitting is stitched to also free your thumb.
Wore those under black suede wrist gloves. Loveed the newness of an old fashion, I s'pose. It's been years since I was in true Northern Hemipshere cold climes.... Oh, and I can thank the Good Lord that I left right before the fog rolled in and virtually closed Heathrow's outward bound flights ...
Lord ... OF COURSE ... I indeed recall Nona Dirksmeyer's case and felt the b/f was guilty from day one. OK - swallowing those (bitter) Patience Pills, lol...
Blessings and wishes your way, too, scands![]()
hmmmm.... very possible, panthera --- the situation with the pics is very curious indeed.... by the way, i just caught the tail end of an update on the ellen robb murder on foxnews and they had someone on (didnt catch who) but his words were very interesting and in fact chilling. he said that when 1 is murdered in this way ---- horrific beating, especially about the face/head area ---- it is a way to depersonalize the victim,a warped effort to wipe the victims face from the earth. i didnt catch who was speaking, i dont know if it was perhaps a mental health related expert, but my 1st thought was MY being so personally, vicously bludgeoned.panthera said:I'm just wondering ~ if ~ they got in an argument on the phone that night and Michelle was the one who may have broken them or trashed them? It is not lost on me that you have some obvious problem with me. My recommendation - take it to PM so the other posters on this board don't have to put up with it. They don't deserve it.
Better yet - please place me on ignore.
