West Australia/UK - Mark Dixie more victims? Your opinions & more info please

I would like to know why he turned from serial rapist to rapist killer. I think there maybe unsolved cases linking him to Western Australia.

Does anyone know when he actually was deported from WA it just says 1999 but what month was it even after 1999.
I read an article that he was working in Claremont around the times of Claremont killings but was ruled out. But there were other girls that were assulted around this time.
Also Lisa Brown went missing months after he had broke in raped and stabbed numerous times left her for dead a Thai student in Leederville but that has only recently been linked and he hasn’t been charged yet.
Any info on him, or anyone’s opinion on what made him violently kill the 18 year old in England

Wikipedia says he lived in Australia from 1993 until he was deported for a sex offense in 1999 after overstaying his visa. This is the cited article on Wayback for that info:

Key dates:

Moved to Australia with partner Sandra Beckhouse on January 18, 1993
Lived in Sydney and Manly until moving to Queensland in 1995
Traveled through Melbourne and Adelaide before arriving in Perth around March 1996

That timeline makes things really interesting. He was considered a Claremont suspect but didn't arrive in Perth until 2 months after the first Claremont victim disappeared. Strange. But it gives us a rough timeline of where he was in Australia if we wanted to start looking for unsolved cases that fit that timeline and MO.

Do you have any suspicions which cases occurred in this time which might be linked to him? Lisa Brown is a possibility as Dixie according to that link tended to attack victims close to his home. He was living in Subiaco at the time of his attack on the Thai student so Leederville is close enough and would fit the right victim type. The only other missing person I'm aware of from this time is Gerard Ross who is wrong victim and too far away to fit Dixie's MO. Are there any other unsolved rapes/missing persons cases from March 1996 to 1999 in Perth?

Names he has used include: Mark Phillip Dixie, Mark James Down, Mark James McDonald (stepfather's surname), Steven McDonald (possibly his stepfather's real name?) and Shane Turner in case they jog anyone's memories
