WFTV - Some kind of protester tussle just happened?

What is Cindy talking about when she asked the protester "how much did you get paid by KB???"

She and George are now apparently accusing at least some of the protesters of being paid by a reporter to raise a ruckus so the reporter gets good TV out of it. That's so ridiculous -- there are way too many nuts more than willing to do it for free!

As usual, they have an explanation/excuse for everything that reflects badly on them/Casey.

Cindy does not take her hammer out to do battle. That is a total misrepresentation of what occured. Not once has anyone swung a hammer at any of the protesters.

no of course not, but she feels the need to hammer when they are around. My take on this is that Cindy is venting her frustrations and feelings of helplessness and anger out on the Protesters..(and i dont agree with the protesters mentality at all, they aren't helping a volitile situation and someone should slap those women for bringing their kids with them)....but Cindy cant vent at her daughter, she cant fight with Casy so she finds the protesters a convenient outlet for herself.

and yes, WHY hasnt the *spokesperson* (who has disappeared) and the new attorney stopped this woman? I guess thats the question of the month. sorry to ramble...but it just boggles the mind with this entire scenario that plays over and over.....:bang:

Is it really that ridiculous? Weren't a lot of posters here thinking that some media group put up $500,000 for Casey's bond so that they could get the exclusive story? I wouldn't put anything past the media anymore.

in the version i saw, it looked like cindy absolutely did NOT instigate the whole thing. they showed her try to ignore it for a while, and then she answered them when she got fed up. it is also clear that the boy got smashed in the car door because his mother had to be restrained.

did we see different versions, perhaps? i saw the 'extended version' so it's a possibility.

I saw the extended version on-line but the Fox clip that was just on, showed Cindy headed towards their vehicle then the boy getting hurt. I didn't hear what was said though because the kids were buggin me to go outside.
Like they need play time and fresh air!! The nerve. I'm wondering if I'm not stunting them socially by not taking them to protests holding signs that say ' why would you kill someone like me'?
Honestly, I don't think kids need to know that any parents kill their children.

Hum, interesting, projection maybee? They got paid so they think everyone is? Could that be?:bling:

When would like her put the signs in her yard? Did you watch the video?

Snipped with respect. Now that, ITA with! ABSOLUTELY!

what is preventing the grandparents from leaving the area for a few days to preserve what is left of their sanity? Oh thats right they need to babysit. Put Casey back in jail for her own protection and the groups will die down. the media will stop feeding too.

It looks like the sheriff made them move their chairs. They are still there, though.

The hatred seems to be escalating, imo. This is not good.

Leave Lee and the bodyguards to Caseysit and check into a hotel.
That's what I'd do.

that's pushing it a little, don't you think? i mean, if i happen to be cutting paper when someone confronts me, it just so happens i am going to have a pair of scissors in my hands at that time.

i don't respect the anthonys any more than anyone else does, but i think that seriously saying she's about to beat people with a hammer is getting carried away. jmo.

Something bad is going to happen and someone's going to get hurt. It may not be Cindy swinging her hammer, but someone's going to get hurt. All you have to do is watch these videos of Lee flying into the driveway and destroying someone's poster, and George throwing little dudes stuff on the ground, and Cindy yanking up someone's poster or walking across the street in a fit of anger and getting in some crazy woman's face to know that something bad is going to happen. So no, I don't think it's pushing it a little. It's bound to happen; it's just a matter of time...

Does anyone know if the vigil is still on for tonight? I wonder if Casey put in her order to the Sherriff's office for security?

jeez. am i the only one who doesn't feel sorry for this kid? it was a disgusting display from all of them. obviously, though, i guess he isn't being taught any better than that, from the sight of his family. yuck.

i hope someone shows up on their doorstep and screams at them being inappropriate and using hideous language, not to mention neglect and who knows what else.

and then to yell at the end 'we're going to the hospital and you're going to pay for it.' come on. can you get any scumbaggier? the mentality of these people. such trash.

people like this disgusting mother make me ashamed to belong to the same planet.

and that's saying a lot considering i have no respect for the anthony's and think they get what they deserve. but this was just painful to witness the stupidity of other human beings.

and anyway, who really expects cindy and casey to come out of the house and say 'hey, lynch mob, we're here, come get us'? PLEASE.

the innocent caylees of the world should be replaced with people like this, they do no good for the world.

These women are creating little Casey's. The state needs to step in. I hope they show the video on the news and the state opens an investigation on these "mothers".

i do think it's pushing it. i think the anthonys, despite their involvement, fault, guilt, whatever, have had about all they can take. i do think if they were going to do something drastic, it would have happened by now. they're trying to get these people away from them, not settle it themselves. and no matter what cindy knows, or doesn't know, or is covering up, or not covering up, if i were here, i would have smacked that pig of woman, that poor excuse of a human being, myself.

yes, sometimes people pull into their driveways too fast, sometimes people get angry when someone gets in their business. all people do this. and most of us don't have missing/murdered grandchildren and people standing at our homes yelling at us.

so i guess we'll just agree to disagree, then. fair enough?

*this does not mean that i am taking the anthonys side. i just don't see all this as black-and-white like a lot of people do.

Personally, I'd like to see CPS looking at this woman from the vid, as well as Casey. (Cindy too, IF by some blessing of God, little Caylee is found alive and needs a guardian!) Don't know if there's cause to launch an investigation, but someone she might listen ot should ask that protestor woman from last night, I think, what the heck she was thinking!

Both Cindy and the protester were restrained, not just the protester. I think the protester instigated the first round, but she was actually trying to leave when Cindy chased her down and stood inside the car door yelling at her. They were both out of control. I think that's why the little boy made such a deal out of the door on his arm. I watched...it was not slammed, crushed or anything of the sort. I think he was so emotionally torn up that he thought maybe bringing attention to himself that way would make the rest of it stop. Pitiful! :(

I think Cindy was inside her house and heard what these people were yelling, and she got so incensed that she went outside and used the pretense of hammering in those signs (at midnight!) as an excuse to get out there, hoping one of them did say something so she could let 'em have it. She purposefully went looking for trouble, IMO, and she got it.

Some have harped on the Anthonys' right to be in their yard whenever they want, as if some don't understand that. That isn't the point, though -- no one disagrees with that at all. But you don't have to exercise a right just because you have one, especially when it's to your own detriment to do so! I mean, if there's say a rapist striking in your neighborhood, you don't go jogging alone at night just because you have the right to...you use your common sense and do what's best for your own interests.

Same principle with these protesters. Cindy has every right to be in her yard, but it's certainly not the prudent thing to do since it puts her in jeopardy of confrontation. She's not stupid...she knew exactly what she was doing and knew full well before she went out there at midnight to hammer stakes and string tape that there were some nasty people out there. She put herself in that situation on purpose, IMO, because she wanted to confront them. She has no control over her family, the media, the community...and she's not used to having no control. It's eating her up.

Every time she does that, it feeds the beast and they keep coming back for more because they know she'll give it. They win...she loses. She wins when she does NOT give them what they want (a chance to confront her in person). That is how Cindy would triumph over these people, but she can't bear to let anything negative go unanswered, as we've seen over and over the past couple of months.
