That is so laughable, well actually its not really is it
Its totally REDICULOUS

Where are all the freedoms i'm always hearing about that Americans have and other parts of the world dont have.

The poor thing she doesnt even have the freedom to divorce a man who abused her and she doesnt even have the choice of having the father of her baby claiming his rights as the father (as in if they wanted to marry before the bub is due).
She been seperated from the husband for ages, he isnt even arguing over this LOL how stupid is this situation.

Surely this couldnt be THE LAW talk about being denied rights, this is shocking.
