What do we know about KW?

Someone else brought up the found bomb in this thread, and I am basically challenging anyone to show that it is a fact that a buried bomb was found near Hidden Oaks Elementary School.

I searched, but could find no WS thread specifically about this bomb thing.

If you think a new thread will help resolve the BOMB issue why not?

I am trying to figure out where KW was in relation to the remains. I don't see a fence and what part of Suburban Drive is South.

Here's an aerial shot of the area. The school driveway is north of Suburban Drive, the bus loop indicated would be to the left of the driveway. There is clearly a fence on the south side of Suburban where the man walked 20 yards and then turned into the woods. It would be nearly impossible for kids to see a man or anything he was doing from the bus loop to the area that Caylee was found. Since the teacher walked over and talked to him, keeping an eye on the kids, this seems the most likely spot that KW was in. You can see the scale at the bottom shows that 2 inches = 40 yards.

(someone else asked where the pipe and rope were found. It was on the dirt road east of the school where Suburban Drive ends.)

Actually - this was the important part

This KW is is the Ganguzza POI look alike; The KW that called in the tip to OCSO about Caylee while on Suburban Dr gave his address as being on Millenia Blvd - so, I think we are dealing with two different KW's.

So then he lives close to where the Jennifer Kesse was last seen.

Pipe? Did the cops tell reporters that they found a pipe, or pipe bomb, or what?

Not only is it right next to Hopespring, Grandee Drive actually terminates into Hopespring right in front of the Anthony's house. Check it out on Zillow.com - just type in Grandee Dr. Orlando, FL and you can scroll to the left to see how the two roads fit together.

I know. I live in O-Town too!

Like Officer Barbrady on South Park. Nothing to see here folks, move along.

Hahaha! I can't wait for the A's to "make it" to South Park. I know I could do a whole hilarious episode on this clan and it would be worth laughing about except for the fact that a precious little girl is dead.

Bring it on. I'd be happy to say it is accurate and not some kind of myth. But really it needs to be supported by something straight from LE (not the kids). You know the routine.... "Got a link?"

LOL. I tell ya, everytime I read one of your posts I think of Leonard Padilla writing it! LOL...your avatar keeps throwing me off!

HD! You don't have to stand for that kind of abuse!

You're much more literate than LP.

Speaking of LP... When was the last time he went on a bounty hunt?

  • #253
I am local and did search. Not only myself, family and friends but there were others in the beginning searching Blanchard Park and surrounding areas. Not to mention Cocoamom who searched around the church on Goldenrod and other WS's that are local. These searches were not televised and if you aren't local you would have never known.

I agree...I know lots of people who searched and I did with friends several times, areas including Lake Underhill Park and several other wooded areas just off Goldenrod.

Didn't he stick his nose in the Haleigh search?

Maybe a 'gator bit it off.

I'm reading some posts that do NOT seem to jive with what some of us were working on when this thread began..I'm including some links that may help to sort this all out..

KW's DOB is 7/24/78..If accurate he's 30 so there's no "Samantha".

http://media.myfoxorlando.com/photo...ypages3802to3845/1/lg/3802-3845-1_Page_14.htm

His address & phone # is included here..It may have changed since OCT? so I don't know what comes up on a White Pages search..That was done by another poster & I haven't had a chance to check it out myself yet.
http://www.docstoc.com/docs/2134065/Caylee-Anthony-tips-7

Scroll towards bottom!

Also on the same link you can see LE did in fact followup in AUG & that's when they found the bag of clothes.

In this report he LIED when he said that LE did not followup on his report..

http://media.myfoxorlando.com/photo...ypages3802to3845/1/lg/3802-3845-1_Page_15.htm

I believe the original MySpace page posted here is KWs!

I know for a fact at least one poster here did notify LE re: KW (& the Sketch)

It was my post that you were telling others here you haven't "checked out" yet, and apologizing for to other readers. Please. I never said the KDW with a family member named Samantha was necessarily the same person, we were only looking at listings for KWs and seeing what we found. I saw the birthdate the KW in the woods gave (but the ages on the whitepage listings could be out of date or inaccurate, you can't be sure what that person's current age is, it should be close but you never know, but anyway we were only looking and discussing. Also, addresses can obviously change frequently, especially apartment addresses, so he could have had a different one before or after Oct. I would expect to find a history of a few addresses, but you never know.)

For us, it was enough that the description of the KW who was hanging around the woods in Oct and who reported the bag in Aug is so similar to the myspace/spock KW, the fact that he had a girlfriend named Rosa piqued our interest, as did the business he listed which is so similar to the ABC gift catalogue thing mentioned as JR's employment by KC in her statement, etc. We were blown away by this KW's resemblance to the sketch.

We understood the original posts and all expressed our appreciation for them, and were simply discussing. Excuse us if the D "Casanova" W from early in the case also came up for a couple of posts.

I am a bit curious about #41 in that white page listing that I posted the link for, the KW with the household member named Casey M. Once again, I don't know of any connection at this time but it's this kind of thing that we always like looking into here :)

could this be what KC was talking about when she said "They haven't even found her clothes yet." ???

That is complete hear say by none other then LP. I don't believe a word out of his mouth!

Wow! I never meant for ANY of what I said to be taken the way you did! I also never came close to making any kind of "apology" to anyone here either..I don't know how you came to that conclusion from this:

I'm reading some posts that do NOT seem to jive with what some of us were working on when this thread began..I'm including some links that may help to sort this all out..

Re: the White Pages? I simply said I hadn't checked it out myself meaning I didn't know what was there but I knew the AGE was off..How was I suppose to know the poster (you) had seen he was '30' in prior posts when there's over 10 pages? Many don't or can't read them all..This topic also began in another thread (last Friday) & not all of the info got brought over.

If you read any of my other posts you'd know I've said he could've "moved" since the report was filed in Oct.

Honestly? I have NO clue about D "Casanova" W (must've missed it) so no need to say "excuse me!".

I meant NO harm when I wrote that post & right now I'm pretty offended by your reaction..Maybe this is where I should add  ? but I'm just going to say "good night!" & leave it at that!

I searched, but could find no WS thread specifically about this bomb thing.

I don't know about a police report, but here's the article that showed the kids who supposedly found something in the woods.

MyFoxOrland - Teens Said They Found Spot Months Ago

In September five people told authorities they found something fishy there. Four of them talked spoke out on the evening after the remains of a child were found there.

Curiosity led a teenage group of friends to the Anthony’s home on September 11th.They wanted to see, first hand, all of the protestors.

...“(There was) A place in the ground that appeared to have been dug up before,” said 17 year old Thomas Berning. “And leading down into the ground was a string with a stick tied to the end of it, we tried to give it a lift but it wouldn’t lift up.”

There were a bunch of trees,” added 19 year old Branden Newark. “Brush down around and then there was a like a spot where the stick was and a rope tied to it, and there were tire marks on top of it.”

...Deputies told the teens that what they found was actually a bomb, nothing related the Anthony case.

The use of the word "bomb" might just be more bad reporting because there ought to be more details. If I had been the reporter, I would have asked, "What do you mean there was a bomb?" Only the police may actually know what this is about since the documents wouldn't necessarily be included with the Anthony stuff.

seagull65: I don't know exactly what you are talking about, this Casanova or whatnot, but there's no need to be angry? There are alot of tangents and sidethreads coming together here. That's why we made this thread!

I understand why the bomb thing comes up, because those kids were searching in a similar place to KW.

But if you read my first post, this thread grew out of the latest evidence dump and not from some previous thread that no one here has studied.

If you found something previously on another thread please by all means share it! :)

Actually it is highly possible that a (old) bomb was found. This area is known as one of the many WWII bombing ranges.

The first bomb was found last summer next to the Odyssey Middle School track. Since that time, 126 rockets and bombs -- with high explosives -- have been found on school property, along with other military debris.
