When CA told a media person, IIRC Greta, She could hear ICA and Caylee breathing through the bedroom door.....in other words CA didn't see ICA or Caylee that morning. Then GA says he did see them, GA was watching his favorite cooking show(?????) Caylee waved at him, he hugged her and put her in her car seat.....this is the many versions of the last time he saw her.....JMO but I have never believed any of the versions of the last time GA saw an alive Caylee.....FWIW.

George, once again, changed his story about the events of that morning during his State Deposition. He tells the SA that Caylee did see Cindy the morning of June 16th, 2008... before Cindy left for work. Cindy has always denied seeing Caylee that morning and continued to deny it in her State deposition (she first said she heard them breathing and changed it to that she just knew there were in that bedroom).

George's first story was that Casey and Caylee came out of the bedroom while he was watching television and they said goodbye.

Second, George changed it to walking Casey and Caylee out to the car and putting Caylee in the carseat... this was after everyone had speculated that Casey may have killed Caylee during the night and took what appeared to be a sleeping, but deceased, Caylee out to the car).

Third, George stated that he and Caylee had actually sat down and had breakfast that morning.

Now Cindy DID see Caylee that morning!

Something happened that morning that he isn't telling anyone! I'm thinking Casey made a threat about never seeing Caylee again... or something! The truth does not change that much!

JW has flip-flopped so many times about ICA being guilty and back to innocent, accident. Interesting that she has been seen sitting next to CA again a few hearings ago. I have to wonder if CA replanted the 'drowned in the pool' scenario in her fragile mind recently. I do believe this is the accident theory that the defense will be going with.

This is hilarious....Greta asks CA if she ever had the chance to look KC in the eye and ask "did you do this?" CA responds that she only had about an hour with KC (at that moment someone added in the words, "so what did you do with the other 59 minutes?" ha ha ha ha)

How about when someone said something to the effect of "You all need to get off of your a**es and look for my grand-daughter".

I KNOW!! I had no idea there was already an "oh no they didn't just say that!" thread. I've spent the last hour cruising thru it....some very interesting stuff in there. This must have been when I took my self imposed break b/c my tush was getting hugh from being on the computer all day! Anyway, I wonder, since the trial is coming soon....should we think up a title for a separate thread for the incredible stuff that goes down in the courtroom? Any ideas for a name for it? I have to say I've smiled so much reading the stuff that has been posted. I want it to go on and on.

I am wondering if this is a matter of poor education or what. He seems to think that wanting something is a reason for the judge to give it to him. He says things that are untrue (this is a "unique" case, etc) and doesn't back up what he says and claims.

Toss in the bizarro world actions of him and Mason (did they get paid?) going on 48 Hours after complaining about publicity...and I am just baffled.

Yeah it reminds me that saying "do as I say, not as I do".

GA is pretty volatile, so anything was possible that morning...
I don't remember the floor plan of the Anthony home, but I think she would have needed to come out of her room to use the bathroom, so I think it would be very odd for her to just come out of her bedroom and leave the house ' dressed and ready for work' as GA put it.

I didn't notice it at the time,but now that I look back at the video, she is sitting there strumming her fingers. The only time I do that is if I am quietly seething but can't say anything.

The State has that covered as well....Dr. Vass experimented with squirrels and rotting pizza...maggots will not form on pizza, raw meat, yes...pizza NO...no odor can compare to the odor of human decomp...burst that bubble...JMHO

Before this case we all called it lying,but that was pre-Cindy.
