If the state can avoid having any of the A's on the stand the better for them. Who knows what they would say or do. I am hoping the suicide letter can just speak for itself.

I think the State needs to clarify that the tape was associated with the face/head and was not on the OUTSIDE of the bags. I think the whole "dead pets" testimony was not so much as to show that another family member buried Caylee, but the defense may have just been trying to show another reason the tape may have been there.
