What one question would you ask in the case of Lisa Irwin?

Found a photo of the other front corner of Lisa's living room. No camera thingy, whatever it is.

I can't find the actual link but you can see it's from ABC news.

Thanks, but where the tv sits, the proper placement for the wall mount would be the exact opposite corner of the room than this. They go behind, facing the tv on each upper corner in most instances like the one above the door is.

QUESTION: Did you spend the night at the Bradley home on Oct 3-4?

TO WHOM: DB's brother Philip.

WHY: Because if he did spend the night there, then there is another adult who knows what went on in that home.

Why did you have two shotguns and a rubber band-wrapped bat in the master bedroom? (To Both DB & JI in separate interviews and before either of them has a chance to talk to discuss their individual interviews with one another.)

The bat doesn't have rubber bands. It's sports tape for grip.

What was inside the Gloworm?

What do you mean? I just assumed that they took it to look for strange DNA. (Although I don't understand why they didn't take it on day 1).

Actually, I don't understand a lot about the first days. I don't understand why every inch of the house was not fingerprinted. Why every piece of bedding and toy in the crib was not collected. I'm glad they eventually picked the stuff up, but why the delay? Were they working from the assumption that the parents did "it", and later realized that the parents may be innocent?

If they did a haphazard search in the beginning and it was not because they weren't legally allowed for lack of parental permission and lack of warrant, it doesn't make much sense to me either way. Even if they thought the parents did it, a thorough search of the house right away would have made a lot of sense to me because not only can you find evidence of an intruder, you might find evidence of a crime committed by the parents or clues to Lisa's whereabouts, and if you're going to argue that the parents did it later in court you're going to want to show that there is absence of evidence of an intruder.

In the original video, you can see it very clearly. There were several blue rubber bands wrapped around the fat end (hitting end) of the bat. MK, IIRC, pointed it out and may have posted the pic. I saw it. I also did a search to find out why you would put rubber bands around a bat and came up with ZILCH. The only thing I can think of is that it dulls the metal sound upon impact.

LE made a statement that due to the family initial report they only fingerprinted and checked certain areas. I think that was a huge mistake on their part if it is what happened. The whole house should have been cordoned off immediately and no one allowed back in until complete crime scene investigation was done. That is one area I do think they failed and also I think they should be asking for the publics help and giving somewhat of an update at some point. They don't have to say what they have but let people know she is still missing and it might jog a few memories. At this point, something needs to happen

There are NO rubber bands on it anywhere. At the 44 second mark or so on the video posted upstream , you can very clearly see that there are NO rubber bands on it anywhere.

That is the edited video before they erase it, look here at 2:08 to 2:11:

I did a screen cap so I will have proof that it existed before this one disappears, too.

44-45 second mark. blow up the image and it clearly shows lettering on the end and no rubber bands. Lettering going UP the bat and grip tape on the handle. A very clear image on this one. Use the double-size option.

Something like this

There are rubberbands over the word WORTH. It could clearly be seen in the original footage. Now, I am going to go and spend no more time on this bat. Except feeling compelled to add, that when a bat is standing with two guns it does seem like it is part of a collection of weapons as opposed to a piece of sports equipment.

Thanks, Just K. I don't doubt you...I just couldn't see it in the clip posted above.

Do we think that the bat is relevant to Lisa's disappearance?

I just copied and enlarged both of those bats and odd as it is, there are definitely rubber bands around the one with GMA but the NBC one does not have bands...how very odd!!

If those are in fact rubber bands, what significance would someone storing their rubber bands on a bat be?

I don't know, but my question is who put on or took off the rubber bands in between 'tours'
