What one question would you ask in the case of Lisa Irwin?

Where was Phil N. on the night of Oct 3rd? That's my question for the thread. That is where I was going when I got caught up on him having/renting his own house now.

OK, we need clarification. I have the Irwin parents living on Walrond. The detectives came to Walrond where DB and JI were staying to interview DB's brother Phil. According to this, that is not his home but was staying there with DB and JI after the crime. The detectives returned Phil to the Walrond addy.

Was he also living with JI and DB when Lisa vanished? All records say he was. I need confirmation.

It's about 10 minutes from Walround to Lister. In Da Middle can address better. I'm remembering how long took for caravan to get from the Walround house to the Lister house when DB and JI and boys moved back in.

Phil Netz rents the Walround home. He did NOT live on Lister on Oct. 3. Why he rents a home versus an apartment seems irrelevant to why Lisa is missing other than it makes sense in this economy and not knowing who actually owns the home and this might give him a good deal. The owner could be a friend who is so thrilled to have the home occupied that they take care of lawn service etc . I'm sure Clay County property tax records would clear who Netz rents from.

It's about 3 miles away.

The house is NOT under any Irwin family's name. It has a beneficiary deed recorded and no family members are listed as the beneficiaries.
It IS listed as a registered rental house per kcmo.org rental registration records and has been for several years. So it is safe to say PN is RENTING this house and it is not owned by family members. All of this info is public information and can be found by looking at county recorder, collector and city online records.

I happened to drive by Penguin Park about 2pm and she was there with about 3-4 other people waving signs. No media. About an hour later no sign of any of them there or on the way to the home.

Do we know how long he has rented the house on Waldron? I was on his FB before it was set to private and almost all the pics were taken in DB/JI's basement. That doesn't necessarily mean anything. . .just that the pics were taken at a party there.

Who says he was over there just to take her to the store? He may have been visiting for a while and took her to the store before he left.

It is very curious to me why they moved into his tiny place and not the parents of JI. The pics I saw of the home (wherever it was ) interior was gorgeous and certainly didn't look like a 20 yr. olds' house.

Well all of the "partying" pictures I have then would look like I live at Arrowhead Stadium if we use that logic. And those "partying" pics might look like I party a lot, but in truth it's only that the couple of times a year we go to Chief's games are about the only time I ever drink and that consists of a couple of drinks at the most. Just sayin......

No, it does mean something. It means he spends an awful lot of time at DB's house.

There are furniture rental places. I wouldn't be surprised if JT or someone arranged for furniture. Heck, they may have even had food catering. Nothing would surprise me.

Maybe JI's parents didn't invite them to live at their place.
