What questions should Mr. Morgan ask at the second G and C depositions

How about Ron Goldman or Kato Kaelin? They were brought into the OJ trial and no one had ever heard of them? Ron Goldman's family has been trying for years to collect on a civil case because justice was not served in the criminal case. Bless them for following through on their son's behalf.

How about Mary Jo Buttafuco? Another innocent party caught up in a scandal.

I am sure that there are regional crimes that the names will forever be remembered and people will think "What did they do?" "Were they ever cleared?"

Not in a court of law, and no damages have paid or awarded.

Working off the books because no one will give her a real job, collecting social security... Translates into not enough to feed her children.

Suffering because her name has been trashed by people who knew she was not involved in Caylee's disappearance.

She's not going after C&G, they are witnesses in the case against KC, but i'm surprised she doesn't have a case against CA too because of the statements CA has made about ZG in the past.

Exonerated? This will follow her the rest of her life, like a cloud over her head. Her life will never be the same and it wasn't great before. IMO, she deserves damages.

I don't know for a fact about her prior job history or living arrangements, but I have seen the copy of the card that she showed she was at Sawgrass. It has not come out where KC got that name from, but it would be awfully coincidental if it did not come from there. Even if there was no connection, KC, CA, and GA should not be throwing out anyone' name as a babysitter if there was none. Her name will be remembered with this case, and even if she doesn't collect a dime, it needs to be cleared. In the visit with her parents, KC said that she had never seen any pictures that she had asked for pictures and wasn't shown anything.

I doubt that any employer is going to directly say that she is not employable because of her name recognition due to there fear of being sued. They will just say she was not chosen for the job and that is it.

something is very suspicious and I sadly believe in all my heart that the reports about them receiving $250,000 is probably true. They sold out Caylee's life, that poor innocent murdered child had a price tag on her head and her gp's probably is living off her death.

I do not see any of them resemble ZG at all.

If they are not watching the case they do not know the name. I tried it out;
I asked 10 people what they think of the nanny ZG story? and most of them did say WHO?
So if they do not know WHO? they surly will not know the Strong woman either.
Those who are not following the case closely will not know now or later.

Those who are - do not like C&G but while I stood in their corner because I do pity them.
I think they are questionable at best, not likable. And this guy asking them again questions about a nanny they nevr met is bogus.
I do not think that questioning them about ZG over and over is a key to solving any of this I really do not.
I think the key is with Casey and he needs to go to Casey.

I would like them questioned one day and it is not in his jurisdiction: about when did they know? why did they clean the car, why didn't they dial 911 much sooner.
But I do not want him asking those questions.

I am sure you will get an entirely different answer. They will know her. They will know who she is, why they know her name. Just because NYC does not know her, does not mean the rest of Florida doesn't. Even a nonprofessional in Texas knows who she is. I am sure this lady does not have the money to move to NYC where she could get a better job. That is too bad really. She might have a chance at a normal life again in NYC. Florida is pretty much out for her since her name was thrown into the middle of a murder case of a dead child. She was named as the prime suspect from the first 911 call for her being the one responsible for her being kidnapped. :banghead: The only one that needs to bow is the one that killed her, that would be on her knees begging for forgiveness.

They resemble in the fact that we had never heard of them before the OJ case, and now, just like you did, we all know who they are. They did not cause the murders/shootings, but now have household names because of them. OJ did not get convicted in a criminal court, but Ron Goldman's family did get him found guilty in a civil action because the burder of proof is much smaller. If, and I am hoping that is a big IF, KC gets off on the murder case, then she can still be found civily liable, which if she then sells her story for movie rights, then this woman would be entitled for money from the sale. There is no doubt in my mind that they will sell the story, and I don't want to see their family benefit from the death of Caylee. Even if it is just for this case, that would be better than nothing. If she is found not guilty in the murder case, who would file a civil suit against her on behalf of Caylee? GA, CA, or LA...hardly.

Would she be financially well-off if she had not been drug into this case? No. Does she deserve to have her name remembered as a kidnapper/murderer? No. Would I rather her receive any funds made off of Caylee's story than CA, GA or LA? Definitely.

also my HS best Friend and maid of honor lives in Florida and not in Orlando in Boca and the only 2 names she can identify are Caylee & Casey Anthony. That is it.

The point of many of the questions was to prove that KC did not have the money to hire a nanny. It seems the only money she had was what she could steal.

Wonderful point...So he wanted to identify Casey's character and her characheter is not adding up to much. Because Casey has no character to write home about.
But now that Nanny is off the hook, what is his point of asking more questions? to continue to make Casey a low life lier?
We already know that. And while G&C are not likable people at the end of the day we can pity and have some compassion for them, they can get out of the limelight that would be OK with me, I really do not like them.

I do know that my instinct says that the "A"s will not tell us much, they never did.
