What questions should Mr. Morgan ask at the second G and C depositions

Wonderful point...So he wanted to identify Casey's character and her characheter is not adding up to much. Because Casey has no character to write home about.
But now that Nanny is off the hook, what is his point of asking more questions? to continue to make Casey a low life lier?
We already know that. And while G&C are not likable people at the end of the day we can pity and have some compassion for them, they can get out of the limelight that would be OK with me, I really do not like them.
The nanny is not in any trouble; WHY IS HE GOING AFTER THEM???
Why not go after Casey?

He sent questions to KC and she refused to answer them. CA has already stated that she was speaking for KC, so let her speak.

I have compassion for them for the loss of their grandchild, but they should be speaking for Caylee instead of KC. Just wondering, who do you believe is standing up for Caylee? SA, LE...is any of her family coming forward to find her killer? Do you believe CA and GA lied during their depositions?

My main question to you is...if KC said you kidnapped/murdered someone, would you just let it go because CA and GA looked at you and said it wasn't you, or would want an official court document vindicating you? I would want a court document.

I"m having trouble understanding why you think he is going after them. They are witnesses, hostile witnesses at that, in a law suit. I suggest they answer yes or no, in a respectiful manor and be done with it.

And I would love to ask a million questions too, but they belong in the Criminal case.
They do not know the Nanny. Never met the Nanny.
This Lawyer is not getting anything new from them. they have not been talking from the start.
The questions I would like answered he can NOT ask.
Why did they clean the car, why didn't they call 911 much sooner.
I do not think that they will give us anything about any Nanny, whom they never met.
I am not saying we need to be soft on them. I am saying lets ask them the hard questions in the
proper setting
and I am saying this Lawyer is a Pitt, and can not get a dime out of them they don't have a dime.

I would ask the questions this guy can NOT ask.
where the money is coming from, who is paying for everything while they are not working.

I also have pity on them, and some compassion and this Pitt is not going to get anything.
So IMO they go home and think hard till the Criminal case.

About Caylee: it is I who opened the thread that no body will be representing Caylee so it is Caylee who made me get tired of the Anthony drama and BS.
I would love to hear them questioned in the criminal court where the right questions can be asked and many.

If I was accused I would want the court to give me a release. She will get that.
She has been exonerated. it is just a formality now.
I am not against the Nanny being vindicated no,no,no.
I think this lawyer is adding to the circus for sure.

(From memory) Yes, the real Jeff is someone KC knew briefly in highschool, the real Juliette Lewis is an actress of moderate fame.

I believe the real jeff did work briefly at Universal, and said he only vaguely remembers KC. The real jeff has no children, and isn't even married.

No one by the name of Juliette Lewis has ever worked at Universal.

I do not think having a second try at asking George and Cindy questions can be a free-for-all. I'm sure this measure is just to compel them to answer questions they did not or refused to answer in the original deposition.
I'm not an attorney, but it just makes common sense this is what will happen.

Cindy, you mentioned that you had the address book with the address & phone numbers of Zanny. You must have had her phone number also logged into your cell phone for emergencies.

HOW IS IT that NO ONE including KC in your family had no phone numbers of Zanny whatsoever, zip, zero, nadded, no number to give to the LE immediately after Caylees disappearance???

Furthermore, why would you not have tried to phone Zanny endlessly in an attempt to see or talk to Caylee in that whole month???

If my granddaughter lived with me, I'd assume I'd always be the 'back up call' for Caylee.

I am glad she was exonerated, and I know that it is Caseys reputation in question, not ZG.
ZG will only benefit in the long run. Her reputation will not be in question.
As a Nanny she must have made the same money she is currently making.
It is not as if she had a Real Job in a company.
While she did have to clear her name. SHE HAS,
Her current work is not any different then it was before this happened.
AS FOR Getting any damages.
You can not get blood out of a stone. (The A's have none)
so she better write a book and make her bundle.
Her life going forward will not suffer at all.

I waited til I finished the whole thread to see if anyone responded to you in regards to the bolded part of your above statement. Are you saying that you think ZG was a nanny? And I do believe that she did have a "real job", one that she lost because her employer didn't want to have all the media attention. Do you have a link that says ZG was a nanny?
