What questions should Mr. Morgan ask at the second G and C depositions

No, Not at all. He is certainly trying to exonerate ZG. LE cleared ZG but KC and CA have kept up the noise about a ZG. There is no Nanny---none. KC killed her baby and when they keep implying that Nanny or ZG could be anybody---who ever they try to pin it on then, somebody has to stop them. We can't go around pulling people out of a hat just to clear somebody else and when they point the fanger then they are asking to be sued.

I bet you would want to stop them from pointing the fanger at you. If they looked in my direction I would get a lawyer---then hope I ran into CA in the bathroom. I can't beleive that JG's lawyer hasn't started a suit against them. Everytime they mention a name---they are accusing that person of killing Caylee. This is America and just not done here. Esp. with it being such a known case.

If it takes Morgan or any of the lawyers of the peeps being accused of this horrible crime by the Anthony's--------to stop them from all this crap they are pulling then that is just a plus. They will be stopped before it is over anyway. I don't understand why you can't see that Morgan is going by the law and has every right to do what he is doin.

Do you think it is legal for the Anthonys to keep barreling their mouths on down the road like they "are" the law? What would happen if we all acted like they do?

I think Mr.Morgan should stick to asking questions about wheter his client is the nanny or not.I honestly think he is going to far in asking questions that have to do with a murder case.Casey even if we hate her deserves a fair trial,
i can not believe this is being allowed.Mr.Morgan was rude and offencive imo.He repeatedly asked the same question over and over again.If I were the Anthonys I would have answered I dont remember to each and every question.Mr.Morgan is just trying to get his 15 minutes afterall she is not ZFG she is ZG and she is old with kids and the family has said its not her.I think whats being done to the anthonys is horrible,and I do not understand how the law is allowing his line of questioning.

For George: If you really wanted to get the wedge from the trunk, why didn't you get it at a later date? (In George's FBI interview, he explains the wedge incident. He fabricated a reason to get into the trunk. What George never explained is why he wanted into the trunk so badly he had to come up with an excuse...except for those gas cans he says were clearly visible in the trunk, that he'd just reported stolen yet was so certain were in the back of his daughter's car.)

Did I miss the court ruling on these motions? I think that as it stands now, the plaintiff's lawyers have filed motions to compel testimony from both of the A's and have also sought sanctions for their non-compliance. The court has to rule on the motions, grant or deny them in whole or in part. If that has already happened, I'm out of the loop. It's hard to predict whether he will cut them another break because they are who they are, or whether he will just treat them like normal witnesses who have behaved horribly in their depositions and do something about it.

Also, how well do you know your neighbor Zeniada? Cindy, you said you were searching the country clerk records, which of the Zenaida's did you have your PI go interview that you found on the cc records? For example: 6miles from the Anthony family home is the US Post Office- 2 long term employee's work there....one is Zanaida Gonzales who 2 yrs ago got married to a po office worker and changed her name to his....they both work there and they both where interviewed by the police. Did you get a list from the police of all the Zeiada Gonzalez's they interviewed?
These are things I wish he had asked her.

What they are asking is allowed, and the Judge ordered the Anthony's to be deposed. I'm sure you honestly don't understand civil procedure, if you research it you will understand the lawyers have wide , wide discretion. I want them to ask if they are calling Lee a liar when he recounts the many, many times KC has stolen, and the J Blanchard park story he says KC told him and about the fight that he relayed to Leonard's nephew, LP and Jesse. I would want them to play back the tape of Lee's depo so maybe that would shame them after seeing their son.

I can not see the relevance in the ZG case.

Respectfully, I ask you again to research the rules of civil depositions, don't buy in to the same poor understanding as the Anthonys. They already argued in front of the judge that they should not have to answer these questions, but the judge ordered them to. Don't forget KC could have avoided this entire mess by simply accepting the default judgment and no one would have been deposed, ever....moreover she could have avoided all of this by answering her depo questions, she refused to look at the photo and say, no that is not her, AND SHE SUED ZG! Not only can they ask these questions,it is because of KC that they must. I think it will help you one hundred percent if you look up the rules in Florida of civil procedures. I want Morgan to take every lie George told, and play him back on the screen the exact opposite things he told law enforcement/FBI for example all the stealing KC did, the second story about Blanchard Park. Particularly the section where George states "Supposedly Jesse held KC down at Blanchard park or Zanny held her down at Blanchard Park". I want him to be asked who told you Jesse held her down at Blanchard park and if no one why on earth would you say something like that to a Federal Agent?

I hate to tell Songline this but evidence is being gathered about the very real and purposeful defamation of Jesse Grund, and two others, so the Anthony's have just begun their civil depositions, other cases will follow the criminal trial, so this could go on for YEARS! They would do well to spend an hour in Brad's law library learning the rules of procedure and watching other civil depositions so they can stop committing perjury. It was painfully obvious that they and some of our posters don't understand these procedures and they were not taking them seriously. I am hoping that the judge decides to have the second depos of Lee, George and Cindy all in front of a judge (or with the judge in his chambers in case he is needed) so that a professional, comprehensive depo may be taken. They are doing their daughter a horrible disservice lying under oath. The judge is going to be none too amused by this, and their lies will absolutely be used to impeach them at trial, both trials, .....and future depositions the other petitioners bring. At the time they were thinking they really showed him (Morgan), it is sad that they have NO understanding of lasting problems they have caused themselves, and their daughter that will go well into the future. Brad sure has his hands full getting this run away A train out of the ditch. I want Morgan to ask if they removed/altered or changed any evidence.

Unless BC dumps this trainwreck of a case and clients soon he will be working Pro-Bono for years to come. Like you said they better get used to being on a stand before lawyers and a judge. They have just begun. I hope each person wins their case against them. They deserve it for all the hell they have been through. CA and her huge lying mouth has just destroyed so many lives.

Even if she had never seen a cop show in her life, her husband was a cop for ten years, that is a long time. Not only did they know they were being taped, they knew their phones were being monitored, their family's cell phone pings were being mapped and GPS tracking could be on all of their vehicles. In fact I trust they informed KC that the police can use many tactics, even lying or pretending to have evidence they do not while they are interrogating her. When she got arrested for the check fraud, I am sure George noticed it was HOMICIDE detectives on his door, so they knew early on this was a murder investigation and every tool the police could avail themselves to would be used. Lee had a good understanding of all of this, so I know Cindy and George did. They think they get mileage out of the police did us wrong act, but that is laughable. PS: Can someone remind me where on WS I saw the new tracking tool that can be used on a cell phone where a person at a remote location can not only access the phone to listen, but can review all text messages and even turn on the speaker (from the remote location) and listen in to all conversations even though the user is not on the phone and they believe the phone to be off? VERY interesting technology!
