One question I have - why does it matter WHO he shot?

Surely bailing an unarmed person up in a locked toilet then shooting them intentionally, several times, is MURDER, no matter if the victim is your girlfriend or a burglar?

That's what I thought too .. clearly not if you thought that person was an intruder .. no need to identify or check your girlfriend first.

Also .. ladies .. which of you takes your phone and locks the door when going to the toilet at your boyfriends house?
