What Would It Take?

Twizzler, really, had it not been for an alert police team, who would have ever thought Westerfield could have been the murderer of Danielle? Had they not investigated the neighbors, he well could have walked . There was not ONE shred of fiber or a hair from his clothing / body in their home. That case was amazing!

Sissi- I looked at the picture (finally found it in there...LOL), and it really scares me but that face sure could fit the one in my dream. I am afraid now I will be sort of forcing it to be that face now though, but the eyes really got me in that picture. While the eyes in my dream were squinted from the grimacing face, the ones I just saw on the web page gave me a chill. Who knows? I just cannot shake the feeling. If I had not had the other dream (that doesn't have anything whatsoever to do with this case) that came true a month AFTER I dreamt it and it happened exactly as I saw it in my dream through this other girls eyes, I would probably just let this silliness go, but I know how real the first dream was and how it turned out and that is why this one has shaken me so bad.

I have a hard time believing or grasping really the concept of using things such as a ouija board or anything related to the "dark side" but a friend suggested I do that because I had witnessed these friends doing this when the Susan Smith case was new. At that time, I just could not believe someone would take those little boys like that but I felt for sure they would be okay. Well, the friends got out that stinking board and asked it about the boys and it would only spell out "mother lied", then of course a few days later we found out that she did lie. I may never touch the thing again, as it does kind of creep me out because the thing moves by itself sometimes, but with my neices not having a clue at all and it spelling that out, it just spooked me to no end.

One thing I do feel sure of is that JonBenet is in a better place now and hopefully, one day we will know who really did this to her and maybe understand why they did it and how they have obviously lived with themselves and this awful secret all these years.

Jeana -

How do you explain away Smit showing fake crime scene photos to so adamently prove a point? He's personal with this case. Probably thinks he's doing God's work in his winter years.

The autopsy shows abuse approx. 72 hours prior to death - that doesn't mean JonBenet had a history of molestation - but it does say there was prior molestation before the night of the murder. So, history of molestation is relative here.

Would Patsy help cover it up? Unfortunately, many mothers do. On a continual basis, no. But if she thought it was an isolated case, perhaps. Especially, if it had to do with protection of husband or child, yes, I believe she would. Fear of losing family, support, image, etc. gives motivation. Patsy is a proud Southern woman and the cover-up meant survival of those elements.

They are under the "umbrella" for good reason. However bungling the BPD were, they did look at other suspects. And, if they weren't so inept and the D.A.'s office so political, I believe there would've been an arrest in this case.

But I do agree - It's better for a guilty person to go free, than an innocent person to prison.

..and who made that 911 call?? Did Jonbenet make it and ***** covered it up with his miss dialed story? If he talked her out of "telling" with threats , certainly he would have to have her dead before the next vacation when she would be out of his control. Flip side, Fleet's call could have been innocent, and the rest of the scenario could have applied to the unknown person. IMO there were enough nuts to fill in the blanks with almost any name, Santa, gardener, photographer, Pugh, Meyer, Barnhill, and they all could fall into place with a nice hmmm hmmm..I knew it! unless of course you're hangin' on to a bdi or a pdi.
IMO

TLynn, what can I say? All I can do is tell you as an objective person whose read an awful lot about the case, I don't see evidence that any member of that immediate family did it. I realize that you disagree, but such is life. ;)
