ALV's testimony with a credible and competent professional psychologist---I really think this is very important for the possibility of that "one" juror that could upset the applecart, so to speak.

Hope JA:

Can focus on premeditation gas cans, hair color, car not in driveway, timing on arrival to Travis's.

Expand crime sceen interpretation.

Provide jurors with a professional psych expert for comparison to DT experts.

Is allowed to show the Hughes' comments made in the 48 hour video where they told Travis they did not want JA in their home around their children.

I think it would be more telling if JA's ex-boyfriend does not testify. JA said that she told him about the abuse and he saw the bruises on her neck. AVL said that he did not see any signs of abuse, but that JA told him of the abuse prior to Jun 3.

If he does not testify, the jury may question why and it would not take them too long to come up with an answer.

Also, I wonder if Matt was really the person who JA was sending the coded magazine to. The magazine also had the phone number of the 48 hour producer in it. JA's other ex who she got the gas cans from testified under cross that he met with this producer. He also testified under cross that JA told him that she wanted the cans because she was going to AZ. That would be in conflict with her story that she wanted the cans because she was going to Utah.
